Came in to be seen and literally every person has gone to the back before me even though I was the first person here. And all I keep being told is your gonna get called in a few. 2 hours wait and every walk-in after me has been seen. You took my money and even sent an email saying I've been seen but I'm just sitting in the office lobby in pain. Front desk are rude when you ask what's going on. Never check with the nurses just saying "you will be called soon, I don't control how they call patients" I will never come back to this place. Cigna needs to do their research before they send recommendations.

I have called two different days. They don't ever pick up their phone. I need to schedule an appointment for an important matter, but I can never get through. And when you do get in for your appointment, you wait for hours.

I m confuse as to why The doctors and staff of Southern Crescent family practice deny a individual physicals, medication refills and visits in which tthey get paid very well for... via insurance.....all because a client owes a balance for the overpayments that the doctors office over billed the insurance company for! Then you are seen at least and hours AFTER your scheduled appointment. Like people don t have jobs and other appointments to get to. They are inconsiderate of people health, time and money!

Just started visiting this office. First visit went great after that each experience gets worse. I m never able to reach my doctor. I never get a return call or reply to my email that I send thru the portal that they suggest we utilize. I m always having to drive to the actual office to speak to someone as if I don t have a career and tons of other things to do. I live in forest park so was excited that I d have an office I could visit in the area but from the looks of things I ll be on the hunt for a different primary care facility. On the upside my Nurse Maria is awesome.

Dr. Andrews is the best Doctor I have ever visited...

Dr. Andrews is the best Doctor I have ever visited hands down!!! She takes her time and listens to everything you have to say,. I m use to other doctors rushing and talking over me, but she is so genuine , patient and down to earth. She made me feel extremely comfortable, she also goes through everything with you step by step. I will never go to another Doctor besides her!!!!

Dr. Andrews is a fine physician. The staff is deficient. Will not answer phone, no VM, no email, dinky patient portal. Must stop by to make appt. Must pay copay when signing in then wait for hours. I walked out and just left the $20 today. Often send the wrong Rx to the wrong pharmacy. They wait months to file ins then gross-up the charges for services never provided.

I decided to go to this office last year after seeing an overall 4 star rating, as you can see this is not the case any longer (now 2.6 stars on 7/26/18 and being a patient there now for about a year I see why). My one star is for Michelle and Tomeka, the allergy test lady (Ms. C.Thomas) and the lady that drew my blood, and Dr. Andrews' bedside skills- in that order. Karen is alright at the front desk, however, she does not always call back when she says that she will. Ana? Ana is a complete and total JOKE! Ana answers the phone and sets appointments, but is always confused, uncooperative, doesn't listen, and to top it off rude. As a new patient she hung up on me several times when I asked about walk-in appointments since she wouldn't schedule me until three months later! (I had a really bad cough which turned out to be a pneumonia!) She's like a dumb horse with blinders and only sees a way to NOT help you!! When I called back and asked to speak with someone else, Karen picked up and told me to came on in as a walk-in and I was seen that day! Why couldn't Ana do that?! On the phone Ana has to ask your name at least 3 different times inbetween telling you why she can't help you BEFORE she'll even make her sorry "attempt" to "assist" you (could you pay any less attention?)! I refuse to talk to her over the phone anymore. When I ask to speak with someone else she puts me on a long wait before picking up again and saying she will transfer me, then transfers me to a voicemail that hangs up the call. Only after I call back and tell Ana not to put me through to a voicemail do I ever get to talk to someone else, who is usually Tomeka. Tomeka is very courteous and usually transfers me to or speaks for me with Michelle. Again, why can't Ana do that?? Michelle seems to be the only person there that actually does her job correctly and thoroughly the first time!! The wait to be seen with a set appointment time is usually VERY long. Example: I had a 9:30am physical and didn't even get my blood drawn until 11:30am, then I had to wait again in the room to see Dr. Andrews. Dr. Andrews is truly lovely on a personal level. However, I had to call the office after getting to my pharmacy to pick up my new perscription because she never sent it over! (By the way: whenever I call the office I ALWAYS get sent into a message that says their mailbox is full and not accepting any messages at least twice before I can even get a call to ring through - eventhough I advise the receptionist that the mailbox is full, their mailbox never gets cleared!) All in all: the cons outweigh the pros. I would not reccomend this office.

Never again 3 days callings to speak to a nurse 3 days callings different hours all day are someone to answer the phone need to change my prescription. I prest one star by mistake it don't let me take it back

This is the absolute worstttttt , I booked an appointment for 10:15 I m currently still in the waiting room at 11:40 and have not been seen . Someone also has been here since 9:30 and hasn t been called . The wait time is absurd basically cancel all your plans for the day if you have a doctors appointment. Everything moves slow . There is no sense of urgency. I will begin looking for a new primary care physician once I finish this review . I don t appreciate my time being wasted . And my not being valued .

Worse doctors I've ever had. Dont look at your chart...Orders same tests over and over when you've already had them. I believe they're just in it for the insurance money..there slow and rude. Never sends your prescriptions to your insurance pharmacy..have to call them a million times

Staff are really awesome. Doctor is awesome. The only issue is the wait time. Even if you have an appointment your waiting another 30 to 45 minutes later, plus when you do get in the room your waiting an extra 30 to 45 minutes for the doctor to come in.. there's always just one doctor.

Disappointed I can't give zero stars. This was the worse experience I had with any office or doctor the wait is extremely long one appointment was at 2 my grandma went back at 6 results in my 4 year old screaming and having several tantrums and my grandmother was prescribed two antibiotics when we went to pick them up at the pharmacy the pharmacist only let us have one she said that if she took both they would cause her hear to beat fast and may cause a heartattack or stroke or death(doesn't have to do with age and she doesn't take any other medications) the pharmacist called the doctor and the doctor prescribed something else but was never sent over to the pharmacy my grandma originally went to get approved for surgery her blood pressure was high so she made another appointment for the following Monday first thing in the the appointment was for 815 she wasn't supposed to see the doctor unless her blood pressure was high again she had to wait until 1130 to be seen and went to the front desk and told the receptionist she is leaving they finally told her took her backher blood pressure was high and sent her home and didn't tell her anything she thought everything was fine until her surgery day the eye specialist told her they couldn't do her surgery because the doctor didn't send the paperwork she had to go back to the doctor and this time we didn't have and appointment I spoke to the doctor after I made clear the situation at the front desk all she said wasnt here that Monday then I said you agreed to Monday and told she would see you her blood pressure was high instead the nurse let her go home they also over charge do not waste your time with this place it should be shut down no one should put their loved ones in there care unless you want a Hassel, waste of time, death stroke, or to be over charge trying to charge her for a missed appointment for $150 because she refuses to go back out there

I have been a patient at this practice for nearly 3 years. The staff and services have gotten worse and now at the point, I have decided to move on. The wait time is terrible. My last appt. I was there at 8 and left at 12 noon. I had a flu shot and now I m wondering if that is what I got. The nurse was not sure what she was doing, she couldn t find her materials to work with, extremely disorganized. The front desk was trying to give me a referral, it appeared she did not have a clue, she said I m normally in billing, I don t know why I m even doing this referral stuff. I wish Dr. Andrews would spend more time there, before the practice is no longer effective. I felt like I was at a clinic, poor poor service.

Have always been coming here for my checkups and physicals, and always leave content, not sure why people are complaining about the wait, wait time is reasonable and everyone is just trying to do their job, try an emergency room at the hospital and you will not complain about the wait here.

If I could give no stars, then I would!Over billed! An annual physical consisted of taking temp and vitals. No person over 12 has an annual exam this way. Bbb and state Insurance commissioner complaint. Beware!
