We are a new start agency with no idea how to go about designing and printing boards. Kremer Signs were very helpful from start to finish, very insightful and full of experience. Would highly recommend for newbies like me!

Ordered signage for our development site which we were promised would be delivered by a certain date but it never happened. Constantly had to chase them and in the end spoke to Tom who said he would arrange delivery which again was delayed and so we demanded a refund.

They have been non responsive and it seems the whole office is incompetent and relies on Tom (supposed manager) to make decisions, arrange deliveries etc. We are going to take this matter further to claim monies back for services not fulfilled. Really disappointing experience and an all round unprofessional company to deal with.

Great experience with Tom whilst ordering bespoke event boards. Highly recommend.

Best in the board business. I've been a happy customer for many years and wouldn't consider changing. Though their prices seem to be higher, the service and print quality is second to none.

Big thanks to Ryan. He's been sorting out our for sale boards and a couple of one off commercial boards too. Things are obviously taking a little longer than usual at the moment to arrive because of C19 but Ryan has been on it straight away with answers for anticipated delivery dates. Great service and we've never had to chase for quotes or answers to artwork related questions. Highly recommended.

Really slow service and they now say their email not working. You pay up front so they have no incentive to get the job done. REALLY REALLY BAD. But finally came through.

As a new start estate agency it was quite daunting having to design the boards from scratch, but Tom and the team at Kremer Signs provided a helping hand from start to finish, from establishing the design through to the delivery of the eco-friendly boards. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends in the industry!

Tom at Kremer Signs was a dream to deal with, the turn around of the art work and final proofs were amazing (Sorry Tom for being a pain to keep asking for changes )
Whilst I knew I wasn't the biggest order they'd ever received, I was treat as if it was, simply first class service.

If you want a 1st class company to deal with your signage, then look no further than Tom at Kremer, nothing is too small or big, and all handled exceptionally.

Been using since 2009. Ordered and paid for boards with a 10 day delivery date. 3 weeks on and many phone calls later have been told they are going to be another 2 weeks. Do not return calls.
May be the cheapest for boards however
Would strongly suggest paying a bit more for a more reliable service!!

Fantastic company. Used them for over 30 years , reliable and trustworthy . Great value for money.

Ordered new signs paid last Friday. PAID UP front 18th June. Wouldn't be delivered until 13th July. Been using them from 2005. Will look elsewhere next time. They are too busy making covid screens to look after there old customers. Also paying up front give these companies no incentive to get the job done!

After using many suppliers, we have finally found a company that can provide eco-friendly boards! Over the moon with our new For Sale signs, and the fact they are sourced sustainably will make my vendors very happy!

As a multi-media sales consultant for Local World, I recently recommended Kremer Signs to a local client of mine after seeing work they had done for other agents in the CT postcode area. Phil was extremely helpful and got back to us within the hour with a very reasonable quote which they went ahead with. Happy to recommend them to other clients in future.

I've used this company for over ten years and they have always delivered excellent service, on time!
Recently we were let down by our board contractor after promising a primary school we would advertise their fete using our boards. We needed ten to go up but our board contractor neglected to tell us we only had one board left. Gary and the Kremer team dived into action and managed to get us twenty five brand new boards within three days.
I would highly recommend them.

Tell you one thing, do another. Our "account manager" does not return calls, or respond to emails unless chased to do so.

We did a full re-brand last year and we ended up chasing Kramer none stop. In the end we went to another company and they handled everything. We were promised return phone calls and emails on a weekly basis however it took me calling in possibly close to 50 times and we didn't get anything more than a sample.

Thanks to Gary at Kremer signs for the quick turn around time on the boards we ordered for Langshott School's summer fair. We also ordered some new for sale boards and country homes boards and they look great.

Fast efficient service and quality board production. I will be using again.

I dealt with Kremer Signs when they installed the sign above our shopfront. From the design process to the finished installation the whole process was smooth, and the finished design looks stunning with the incorporated LED lights.

Hugely disappointing service. Our last two orders this year have gone way beyond the promised schedule and there has been absolutely no proactive communication from them. Even after chasing multiple times and being told they would get back to us - nothing. We will definitely look elsewhere next time.
