I do not recommend even to the greatest enemy. You take the laptop with a problem and bring it back in the same way and it charges you to sting your skin. Serious, outdated by technology and when you go back to them I find all sorts of aberrations to come out. You can put fake windows at home and not give them their money and antivirus that keeps you for a month. Zero stars are not ZERO stars

I took a computer that shut down suddenly to "diagnose." They said that the process is 70 lei, that the boys are profi and test each component separately to give a more correct conclusion on the problem. I waited about a week for him to answer and tell me that the problem is with the HDD that gave up and I have to do the data recovery. About a week later, they told me that I couldn't recover anything and they didn't answer on WhatsApp or the phone for another week, until I physically went to the location to see what the situation was. They told me that they would try again with data recovery and after about 4 days I went to pick up my computer. Their conclusion was that the HDD was gone, and by disconnecting it (and using only the SDD) I temporarily solved the problem. I paid 250 lei thanks to the fact that I recovered at least my data (~ 20 GB out of a total of ~ 700) and went home. The problem is that even now it crashes me, with newly made and practically empty Windows, even for the most trivial tasks. When I insert a DVD / install a program / open image folders, it freezes even for good minutes. We are talking about a computer with an i5 processor, which has 16GB of RAM. I reported the problem to them and they don't answer me, neither on WhatsApp nor on the phone. After a month and a whole week without responding to a trivial message, giving me a wrong diagnosis and washing my hands with the problem that they did not solve, it is inconceivable. I don't even know which option it is. Incompetence, or bad will? From other reviews I see that in other cases they were very competent, so it is most likely the second option.
