Southern Auto Group Review

I came in on 10/18/14 to look at a 2013 Kia Soul for purchase. I was bringing my 2011 Honda Civic as a trade in. I sat down with Bobbie Schemetti and the sales experience was outstanding. She gave me all of the information I needed on the car to make an educated decision on the purchase. Very down to earth, no fake cheesy sales approach, which I really appreciated! I did have a firm budget set in place for the purchase and she worked with me on that as well. I signed my paperwork and drove home in my new car! I would highly recommend Southern Kia and speaking with Bobbie for any vehicle purchases.

During this purchase process, I also sat down with Alexandra Taylor--who, like Bobbie, exceeded my expectations for this buying experience. She explained the Southern Hospitality program and made sure to answer any questions I had. She also went into fine detail regarding any additional warranties that could have been purchased for the maintenance and "well being" of my new car. I appreciated her approach to it, not trying to strong arm me into a purchase or anything of that sort.

Both of these ladies are a tremendous asset to the Southern Auto Group--they walked me through the purchase step by step and made a firm believer in me!

Great experience! I had to buy out my lease and it was very easy and painless. J.R assisted me the moment I walked in the door, he called Ally for me and got all the information I needed. I wish I could give them a 10!!! We ran into some issues with the used vehicle we bought. They were MORE than accommodating!!! They bent over backwards to help us. They were patient and more than helpful. I can't say enough how much I would recommend Southern Auto Group!! Jorge was our sales person and he wouldn't give up until we found exactly what we wanted. Terrible customer service. Bought a used car with a crack in the windshield they said they would have fixed at a later date... Once I left the lot and was no longer a potential customer, the crappy service began. I've called and emailed both the salesman and the manager to schedule a date to come in and have the issue resolved... My emails are ignored, and every time they answer the phone, they give me some crap about their window guy being out of town. They put it in writing that they would fix the windshield, I'm considering legal advice at this point. Will not go there again.

We were visiting family in Va Beach during the 2018 Thanksgiving holiday. Since all of the dealerships were is such close proximity to where we were staying, we decided to go car "looking" since we had just given our Kia Sorento to our son after he had totaled his car 2 weeks ago. Our last 2 family cars have been Kia Sorentos so we thought we might want something different, but after looking at 5 other brands we stopped into Southern Kia. Our salesman Nick was very knowledgeable and patient. He showed us several cars to help us decide exactly what features and color we wanted. He located the exact car we wanted on
his lot. After driving it we knew that was what we wanted but we lived in the North Georgia Mountains, the car was in Va Beach and we had hundreds of dollars tied up in return airfare on Sunday that we did not want to lose. THEY MADE IT HAPPEN! After contacting a dealer back in Atlanta, we were told that they could not meet or beat the deal we were getting so crazy as it seems we ended up buying a car. It is being delivered to us in Blairsville, GA, on Cyber Monday...lucky us! The car buying experience was simple, easy and enjoyable. I have never experienced this in buying a car in the past. Thanks Southern Team!!!

I was rencently in to buy a new SUV and I was helped by the wonderful Paul Davia!!! I had been to a number of different dealerships with poor service and choices, but as soon as I met Paul, I knew it was a perfect fit. I was impressed with the patience and listening skills of Paul. He asked what I wanted and what I needed and I walked away with more than I expected for a great price! He showed that it was more about what best suited me and not making the sale, which was most appreciated. Great service . Bought my vehicle there & inspection was free.

They sold me a truck with a 3rd brake light leaking. The seal was broken and I didn t know until 2 months after I got it and it rained really hard, water got all inside the cab. After it taking 3 hours on the phone for them to transfer me to the correct person, the sales guy told me that they can t do anything about it. He then told me if they would have gotten more money from me when I bought the truck, he could possibly call the Vice President and talk to him about fixing the brake light for me. I ended up paying $400 dollars to fix the brake light on the truck I got from them after only having the truck for 2 months.

Shane the service manager at southern and his staff to include Michelle were outstanding in my recent service visit. I have been coming here regularly over the years and they always try their best to support my family s needs. On a recent visit we towed the car in for unscheduled service. We were provided with a great rental and our lives continued and the vehicle received the services it needed . I am thankful for their staff and the courtesy they showed in dealing with a major repair.

my very first brand new car a 2020 Jeep Cherokee!! Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere! Benny is awesome, he explained everything to me and made sure I understood! I came in there alone, and he never tried to push any unnecessary products on me or treat me as if I didn t know anything and I appreciate that. I definitely will tell all my friends and family, if they want a new vehicle go to Southern Greenbrier!

Also the general manager was awesome as well( I can t remember his name but he was great) just a great group of professionals to work with!

Took my car in at seven in the morning and it was serviced and completed by 3pm, Service mgr contacted me to let me know what needed to be done,and cost of services.I always take my car there

I had a great experience with Volkswagen Southern Auto. The staff were very pleasant, and found the problem with my vehicle that two other places couldn't figure out. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also nice when waiting for your car.

So they maintain the 5 star rating... They vacuumed.... lightly my floor boards.

Great service department....Chris is super awesome! He's friendly, courteous, efficient & knowledge...KIA, you better not lose Chris....he is a valuable member of your staff and is a team player, and the customers like him...in fact, all of your employees are on point with customers and their needs..always a pleasant experience and short wait.

Great experience, my sales men Joe Jones and Frank made it happen. Great selection of vehicles, friendly staff, just an all around great place.

We worked with JR on the purchase of our 2014 Jeep Cherokee. He greeted us at the door and I was impressed that he called me by name when we arrived for our appointment. He treated us with respect and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We felt he was sincere and "up front" when it came to price negotiations and the entire transaction. Love my new Jeep!

5 hours and still waiting for a state inspection and an oil change.

LISA WAS MY SALES REP. SHE WAS WONDERFUL. BUYING A CAR IS A LONG PROCESSS. SHE WAS WITH ME THE HOLE TIME. I DIDNT THINK I COULD GET A NEW CAR, BUT LISA SAID WHICH ONE YOU WONT. I'M SURE YOU CAN GET IT, AND I DID. SHE DID'NT TRY TO SALE ME SOMETHING I DID'NT WONT OR PRESSURE ME INTO BUYING PROPACKS, WARINTIES. SHE DID EXPLAIN TO ME THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING THOSE THINGS.

I brought a car from them it a nice place but I didn't get a spare tire.
