Terrible customer service. Bought a used car with...

Terrible customer service. Bought a used car with a crack in the windshield they said they would have fixed at a later date... Once I left the lot and was no longer a potential customer, the crappy service began. I've called and emailed both the salesman and the manager to schedule a date to come in and have the issue resolved... My emails are ignored, and every time they answer the phone, they give me some crap about their window guy being out of town. They put it in writing that they would fix the windshield, I'm considering legal advice at this point. Will not go there again.
