I cannot speak highly enough about the service and care from Nerine in an extremely difficult time from the sale of my new property. It was a shamble from the vendor's solicitor and an absolute nightmare.
Nerine went above and beyond to sort it out.
If I could give her 10stars I would.

I attended Taylor, Splatt & Partners for notarising documents. I was able to see someone within the hour. Service was very friendly and helpful. I was not charged for this service. The attending solicitor also gave some helpful legal advice whilst signing. I would see Hong again without hesitation.

Slow over priced have no sense of compassion when dealing with a deceased estate. They do not answer questions fully in an email then charge you for another email they should have answered in the first one. Would not use this firm again.

Inept, lazy, poor communication and service. This should be the LAST firm you engage or have the displeasure of dealing with.

After being told from the Law Institute of Victoria I could have a apoinment up to half an hour for free I made an appointment, while in the appointment I was told there is no "up to half hour for free" and that I owed $418
I spoke to law institute and they told me that was incorrect, the person I saw at this business was incredibly rude I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I GOT THE FEELING THEY ONLY BAT FOR THEMSELVES

After dealing with Alexandra Carter I have realised I would have been better off to represent myself. The most incompetent person I have ever had to deal with, such a time wasting rip off who has no sense of urgency or compassion. TO NOT USE HER
