Hi my name is heidi Clark I'm 25 and currently just came out here a little while ago from Oklahoma City moved out of my apartment left eveything I had with my boyfriend to come here and we both attended a residential and detox completed it and he's going into sober living and I'm not able
To because of how pregnant I am. Which they should've not have accepted me from the beginning. But I am sober I do have proscription medication and I am 33 weeks pregnant due November 30th. I don't have a car or anywhere to go due to this I do have discharge and paper work of me completing detox and residential and I have a clean criminal background.I m but why was I accepted and met go weeks later you knew how pregnant I was when I walked in the door and my first doctors appt as some as I got here. YOURE UNETHICAL AND DISCRIMINATING AGAINST ME. I ve already wrote a letter
To the state if I have to go to the news station I will You want to protect my
Boyfriend but what ANIUT ME AND THE BABIES SOBREITY . What a story it would be if you let us come back right, that would be a good headline other than 25 year old pregnant and dead due to Substance abuse rehab negligence.

Being targeted I requested to not be placed with her Alexis Morgan as soon as we got there and where is my boyfriend now that I m homeless and alone? I m speaking with a lawyer today and so is my insurance company if I don t kill myself from all the pain and suffering you re causing me. Justice will be served.

My experience with south coast has been an amazing journey and I'm so thankful for the great opportunity to be a part of it.

Best treatment center I've ever been to and I've been to alot!

I am so grateful for the treatment team at South Coast. If there's a place where the least likely of people could actually turn things around for themselves; it's here.

I'm beyond grateful for the opportunity that scbh has given me, because of this program I have a new outlook on life, I've learned how to deal with the grief of losing my mom without turning to substances I've found myself and for that I'm forever grateful.

This place is absolutely amazing. It has literally allowed me to change... I came here broken and willing to change.. therefore my recovery shows.... I love how patient and caring the staff truly are.. but bc I didn't let who I was interfere with who I wanted to be I allowed the program to work. It works if you work it. Love, tolerance, patience, understanding, willingness, integrity, communication, commitment, boundaries, letting people, places,and things go! My absolute favorite assignment given to me from the director was finding out what radical acceptance was... and now I live by it. I do not let small stuff bother me. I accept life for what life is and it is beautiful. I'm in tune. Thanks for allowing me to spread positivity. I Pray nothing but goodness for everyone who comes through. Love you guys.

I love it! South Coast treats substance abuse as well as mental health. In the worst of my addiction, and in other treatment programs, I kept feeling like something was missing, not realizing most addicts need treatment in both mental health and substance abuse. I came here and got the best treatment in both. I was happily surprised by the accommodations provided to us, beautiful large homes in great neighborhoods. I m thrilled with my decision to come here.

South coast saved my life !! My case manager CH and my therapist JL helped me thru everything and made be believe in myself again

FRAUD!
I contacted this facility by phone to inquire after their outpatient programs. I provided my insurance for them to verify my coverage. They notified me that they were out-of-network, so I declined to book an appointment. I then received an EOB from my insurance company. Dr. Poliquin sent TWO claims for $1200 for service 2 months prior to my ever having even called them. I was never seen or treated in any way by Dr. Poliquin or anyone at this facility. Beware of insurance fraud!

I have been here on two separate occasions, and they are beyond amazing. Unlike others, they actually care, and that goes for the entire staff. These are the type of people that will hang out with you one on one and hold your hand on your roughest days. They are beyond knowledgeable and even the living quarters are top notch with by far the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. And, if you have a complaint, they will absolutely listen.

I came here to get sober and I left with so much more. I worked with the clinical team in managing my anxiety and depression. South coast was very supportive and I would recommend them to anyone suffering.

With the help of South Coast Behavioral Health I have recently celebrated a year sober. Everyone at SCBH took in interest in my recovery and my future. I was taught the tools I needed to live my life sober as well as how to heal mentally from my years of addiction. I owe so much to SCBH and I am so very thankful for them.

South Coast Behavioral changed my life . I've struggled with addiction and mental health issues for over 15 years . While at South Coast Behavioral Health I attended very informative groups , did extensive work on mental health issues and really identified the causes and effects of my addiction and mental health issues . The program was fantastic but the people at South Coast from support staff , to consulers, to therapists all the way up to the directors really did there absolute best to help me and set me up for success in life . I highly recommend this facility if you or a loved one is struggling .

Don't send family here! My daughter sadly has been to a few recovery centers & this place is the worst. After reporting some harassment & bullying that was never addressed my daughter was attacked & property stolen by a staff member & another client. Yes, a staff member! I've been trying to work with the HR department regarding the issue and have not gotten any reply back.
It seems this sort of behavior is not taken seriously by management. We send our family members to facilities like this for help NOT to be attacked by a licensed staff. The lack of professionalism is horrible!

Cole and kelly were the best. And Trever, Uri and Sasse ran the best groups. I took away the most from everyone of their groups.

Caring, compassionate, professional and clinically effective. I would recommend this program to anyone who takes their loved ones recovery and treatment seriously. Having had many years to identify the best and clinically sound programs around the county I have gladly added this treatment center to my recommendations list. It was an amazing experience best rehab I've ever been to.

My experience with South Coast behavioral center was more than great. My life was a total disaster with no end in sight. I had absolutely nothing. I was at my rock bottom. I thought that i was going to be human trafficked or sold, so i was a little hesitant at first but in the condition i was in, death wouldnt have been such a bad event. I arrived here on June 2, 2020. I was a complete mess with nothing. I had to totally surrender myself. My mind, body and soul to South coast behavioral center and in doing that, i became the person I am today and that is someone who is sober with a bright future. They gave me the tools i need to maintain sobriety its up to me now to use those tools for the duration. Thank you South Coast.

I highly recommend this facility! It saved mine, my brother, and my friends I ran with on the streets life s. It feels good to have to people I love come here an get clean with me. From the detox to residential to sober living I learned so much, from all my therapy sessions all the group classes to community group how to coupe an deal with life. I m so glad I came here and got a second chance at life. Being here helped me grow as a person, and also get my kids back. I have the greatest clinical team I could ever ask for, every staff member there works hard an does what ever they need to to help us stay sober an stay on this right path we are on. If you want to get clean an sober this is the place to come!!!

Southcoast behavioral is one of the top facilities I know of in orange county. Not only are they at the top of their game on helping clients with addiction but they are also one of the few with an amazing mental health program as well.
This place will definitely provide the tools you need to change your life!!!!

This place is an amazing place to have recovery . A place to start the rest of your life and I would recommend therapist and case managers are the best at what they do the staff really cares about people and there recovery.

Honestly I was very hesitant to attend the program because I went to it years ago and was embarrassed to return after getting so much time under my belt. Well, I am shocked. I thought the program was great a few years ago, but now it is INCREDIBLE!! The staff really goes above and beyond to support their clients. I needed disability docs and they had them filed within a week. I needed medical leave forms completed for my Human Resources department and they had the doc complete them within 2 days. Not only do the staff support their clients above and beyond, but so do the doctors they employ. Dr Salo is so down to earth, so patient and so knowledgeable. He made me feel important and that s what you need when you enter a program for help. The evening groups are awesome because I was able to work while programming. And they weren t thrown together to collect a paycheck. The groups are so insightful, so deep, and they reiterate at the beginning of every group the confidentiality of what is said in the rooms. I found this to be really awesome and not a lot of groups start out that way. Overall I would recommend this program to anyone seeking help!!

SCBH is fairly decent facility. That being said I rated this facility 5 stars based solely on one thing. The staff as a majority truly cares about the clients well being more than I could have ever expected I am one of many that has come to here for the right reasons and made wrong decisions however I was not turned away people on the staff went out of their way to make sure I did not feel less than important . I'm grateful to have been referred to this decent Facility full of amazing humans!

I didn't want to to be here, but thank God I stayed. And I thank God for My case manager. She saved me.

I am currently doing the program, the staff here is great, it's a wonderful experience. If you have a drug or alcohol problem this is the place to get clean, and get your life together. The therapist and case managers are great, they really work with you to get to the core issues of your addiction. They focus on the individual and help with all issues of addiction.

SCBH has been a pivotal component in the substance abuse and mental health field as well as in my personal life. The staff and facilitators are very knowledgeable, the therapists are educated but also extremely passionate about the clients. They like a family to me and they provide the environment that I feel is necessary for recovery. Unlike other facilities in this industry, ScBH is the one facility that has been a consistent and solid advocate for truley helping an individual. Matt, Jamie, Leslie and the rest of the team at SCBH will go above and beyond in the pursuit of their clients needs and have personally invested their time and energy (of the clock) on me and many others. There is no limit to the amount of love and compassion that permeates that facility and it s employees.

My experience at South Coast trully exceeded my expectations. I researched many facilities seeking one that fit my needs and spoke with a plethora of staff beforehand. The things they assured me of turned out to be just as they said. Great staff. Highly attentive. I highly recommend this treatment center!

Not a healthy enviroment to recover. Lots of drug using in the out patient program. Lots of gang violence and threats from other clients. Staff are abusive and encourage fighting to resolve conflicts.
