I had an average experience with AL FRESCO HOLIDAYS UK LIMITED. The customer service was satisfactory, but the accommodation could have been cleaner. Overall, it was an okay holiday.

Bad cancelling and refunding policy. You are expected to be charged for cancelling but if they cancel themselves within a week from depart they don't refund promptly at all and they don't even let you know when. I had to ask my credit card to be refunded.

Love our holidays with Al Fresco, great prices and the campsites are great for children
