After 20 years of Codependent Substance abuse and Violent angry outburst I arrived at the steps of SCBH broken, lost and ready for change. With guidance and 100% selfless support from the incredibly knowledgeable staff at South Coast Behavioral I am finding my way into the light.
Everystep of the way there has been a kind staff member to steer me in the right direction, comfort me on really difficult days. Champion and cheer on in my successes. Ever reminding me the whole time that I AM WORTH IT! I recommend this facility to anyone lost in the darkness. Be it Mental Health or Substance Abuse.
