Numerous critical appointments missed! My daughter has been told to get off the bus when she had an appointment and there have been times, like today, when she was not picked up at all. These are appointments with confirmed reservations! As a tax payer, I am upset that tax dollars are potentially wasted; as a mother of someone dependent on these services, this is inexcusable! Anyone can make a mistake but this is a recurring problem; those dependent on this service cannot depend on it and taxpayers are paying for services that are obviously broken. How can such incompetence be tolerated--this system is broken.
The trip was good going to the doctors. But I had to wait 2 hours before I was picked up for the trip home
Went for a class on Medicare. These ladies were fantastic! They work with you as long as it takes for you to understand what you need to do. I have gone back again and may need another meeting but make you feel like they are so happy to help you.
