Numerous critical appointments missed! My daughter has been told to get off the bus when she had an appointment and there have been times, like today, when she was not picked up at all. These are appointments with confirmed reservations! As a tax payer, I am upset that tax dollars are potentially wasted; as a mother of someone dependent on these services, this is inexcusable! Anyone can make a mistake but this is a recurring problem; those dependent on this service cannot depend on it and taxpayers are paying for services that are obviously broken. How can such incompetence be tolerated--this system is broken.
