Every job I've had has been via Reed Camberwell. They were always professional and helpful, so twenty years since they found my last job I didn't hesitate on turning to them again. Oh dear...what a difference a couple of decades make.
The fact you can't see them without an appointment was a surprise, they don't even open the door just tell you to phone.
You register on line yet when you phone they ask for your cv to be emailed across...which they ignore. Two follow ups and still nothing more than "we'll get back to you as consultant on annual leave".
I'm semi retired just looking for temporary work before looking after my grandsons, I don't need to work, they don't know that. I feel sorry for anyone desperately seeking employment: look elsewhere, you'll not find help here.

I had a really positive experience with Reed Camberwell. My recruitment consultant was Ayten who was really friendly and helpful. She didn t hesitate to pick up the phone and call if I had any queries. She was proactive and got the ball rolling straight away. She also took into consideration my interests and the sort of roles which aligned with these, quickly finding me a job which I was genuinely interested in. It was great having Ayten as my recruitment consultant and I would highly recommend Reed Camberwell.
Absolutely ridiculous. They don't match you with anything, they barely even pick up their phone. I called in 5 times and emailed in a day in regards to a job and they never answered their phone or email. Similar to previous reviews, consultants are always on annual leave and impossible to get in touch with. I went for a meeting with them and that was really the only time I was able to communicate with them. I have contacted them about opportunities a few times with no response in return. Waste of time.
