The fact that all of the reviews are from (supposed) employees but not users of the business speaks for itself!
One would expect the reviews to be from clients but they re all from people claiming to be employees.
These people take your details from job sites then ambush you with emails claiming to have lots of opportunities, relentlessly email offering work but they are basically only offering a commission only canvassing role
It s pretty obvious from their vague but desperate emails that they re a scam.. then you see these reviews and know it s definitely a scam!

After the interview experience, my suggestion would be to act professional, keep an open mind and let the interviewer speak. They don t speak too much and give you enough time to answer the questions. They encourage open conversation because they test your communication skills and your ability to ask questions. Everybody was dressed in smart suits so keep a nice appearance.

I went through the interview process and I found it quite interactive. I got to spend some time with the team, the open day. Young, really motivated and ambitious people. I like the atmosphere and the training. I was paired up with one of the managers and we broke down the opportunity and what the position means on the long run. They were interested to see my ability to ask quality questions and what I could bring to the team.

The company offers the possibility to train daily. The training tools are also pretty varied so I think i can safely say you can tailor your preogression and the skills you want to develop.

Efficient interview process. It went relatively quick. The first interview in particular. Sat down with the manager and I tried my best to look sharp, ask good questions and got invited back to meet the team. I m excited to know more about the company

A multicultural and diverse team that reflects the cultural wealth of London. People from different backgrounds and borders all eager to work hard and show the competitors that they're willing to fight hard for the podium.

I initially started working for the team and work environment, then I stayed for the training and education that I would receive. Good opportunity to learn and enhance your skills in communication and public speaking.

I applied online and I got shortlisted after a brief first interview. I met with the general manager and he tested my soft skills. I was invited progressively to take part in a full day of work and interact with the team. I got to see what they do on a daily basis and understand the business made a lot more sense and I got to see myself develop with them. They were accommodating and invested a lot of time to make sure I had the best chances for my interview.

Great opportunity to learn vital sales skills and techniques. I was given the opportunity to develop all kinds of skills used to thrive within this business. I
The hours are long, but with it being 100% performance based I was able to make money quickly, driven by my own enthusiasm and drive. It was an amazing environment to work within. Very team driven and positive. I was also able to travel the country and visit other offices allowing me to meet many different people. Networking was vital and I was able to speak to learn from so many people, offering constant advice to help me progress.

Progression happens very quickly depending on your commitment and drive. Your given the opportunity to progress to management and even have the chance to open your own office.
The management were very support and always there to help and give advice. They were always present which is rare!

The hours may have been long but putting in the hard work shows fast reward. I would recommended this opportunity to anyone!!

I have learned more in 3 months of working at Source Marketing Direct than I did in 3 years of University. The transferable life skills and self development I have had the chance to achieve since being here have been invaluable, not to mention being promoted and seeing more progression in just a few weeks here than I did in years at any other company. The recognition that I get based on my own work has allowed me to improve my confidence in myself by a mile and the fun team atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for too.

My interview went unexpectedly well. I wasn't sure I would be successful because I don't have a lot working experience. The manager explained the opportunity and the training program and all they ways I can develop skills and gain experience at the same time. I'm super excited to meet the rest of the team for the live demo

The interview process has 2 parts. The first is a brief interview for the manager to meet you in person and have a chance to make a good impression. The position is explained, the dialogue is pretty relaxed. The second part is an open day where you meet some of the team and see a part of day to day activity. Overall I found it interesting and informative. The team is friendly and the career opportunity is promising.

It's been an incredible first week for me! I just love the atmosphere in the office and I'm very grateful for the whole team's contribution to a perfect induction! I even ha a one on one meeting with the CEO to talk about my progression and got precious feedback on how to continue.

The vibe in the office is always positive and the team is great! People are problem solvers, not problem finders and I can always count on them to have my back no matter what. I hope they also consider me a reliable colleague and friend.

The company has much to offer in terms of training and developing transferable skills. I managed to progress quite fast and I'm excited because the more I develope, the more I get involved in other key areas of the business such as team building, client relationship management, marketing and communication.

Staff:

Staff:
I was quite surprised to find that the staff weren't as "rude" as people have made them out to be. In my opinion, they were all rather polite and accommodating. They try their best to explain everything to you, but as with any business, they will try to make their brand look good. So, asking questions is a must. The roles offered will be self-employed, commission-based (in other words, you won't be covered under 'employee/worker laws'- you'll be paying your own taxes). You will probably start on around 200-350 a week (depends on how well you can 'close' sales/sign ups to the public).

Environment:
It's a cool, modern office they've got. You can expect to hear some really nice music whilst you're waiting to be seen. They do have coffee and water available, if you're ever in need of those. There's a room in the back where all the staff congregate, to get 'in the mood' for work.

Experience:
Throughout your day, you can expect to travel around London, via underground. Though this can be costly, you'll be able to visit all sorts of areas in and around London. Before your day starts however, you'll be at work from 8:00 am, learning your pitch, dancing and joining 'the chant' (as they expect of you). By the way, if you don't make any sales, you don't get paid, hence '100% commission-based'.

Conclusion:
All in all, if you're the type of person who is ready to dedicate your future to sales and marketing, this is the right place for you! On one end, you can make very little, but if you're willing to go the extra mile, you can make a small fortune doing this (you'll probably have to work Monday-Saturday though).

Hope this helps guys~! :)

Rather than talk big about the goals they are going to hit, they show you how they execute it. Transparent company with both staff and clients. All managers are very knowledgeable about their industry.

I have been working with the company for less than a year. When I started my communication skills were poor and because of that my training was focused on developing that aspect in particular. The team was supportive and everyone dedicated time and effort to put me in situations where I could practice what I learned. The honest feedback helped me gauge my progress and take action. Hector is a great coach and mentor, always encouraging me to push my limits and gain confidence.

Terrible reception. As I entered, was poring rain and I complain a bit about the rain:the girl told me "welcome to London" as I am just arrived in Uk - I found it very annoying.
As I work in reception, I was looking at her and her poor customer service:every single person that was entering she was just saying "hello, how are you?" turning the face just that second while the door opened, and back looking her phone. I founded quite rude.
She shouldn't do this type of job.

Also reception as hall, is not so well clean and welcome.

Really opened my eyes regarding the different methods of promoting a brand. In the end what matters is what people remember and the experience. The company focuses on delivering a great image that will last in the clients and customers minds.

After being shortlisted, I got invited to an open day and sped some time with the team. I shadowed one of the manager for a few hours and got to talk in detail. Most of the interview covered different training structures and how they helped people develop skills. I find this interesting and different. I found the coaching methods very relateable. The team was eager to show me what they do on a daily basis and I got a sense of the company s culture.

I used to work here as an events assistant and had a really good experience - It was the first job I got after graduating uni and I'm so glad I did it because it built my confidence in communications and gave me the foundation I needed to pursue a career in marketing. The best thing about working at Source is definitely the people - some of the most friendly, positive people you could meet and the management team genuinely care about your progress. I would recommend anyone joining Source if you're looking to build a career in marketing or want to work in a fun working environment.
