Staff:
I was quite surprised to find that the staff weren't as "rude" as people have made them out to be. In my opinion, they were all rather polite and accommodating. They try their best to explain everything to you, but as with any business, they will try to make their brand look good. So, asking questions is a must. The roles offered will be self-employed, commission-based (in other words, you won't be covered under 'employee/worker laws'- you'll be paying your own taxes). You will probably start on around 200-350 a week (depends on how well you can 'close' sales/sign ups to the public).
Environment:
It's a cool, modern office they've got. You can expect to hear some really nice music whilst you're waiting to be seen. They do have coffee and water available, if you're ever in need of those. There's a room in the back where all the staff congregate, to get 'in the mood' for work.
Experience:
Throughout your day, you can expect to travel around London, via underground. Though this can be costly, you'll be able to visit all sorts of areas in and around London. Before your day starts however, you'll be at work from 8:00 am, learning your pitch, dancing and joining 'the chant' (as they expect of you). By the way, if you don't make any sales, you don't get paid, hence '100% commission-based'.
Conclusion:
All in all, if you're the type of person who is ready to dedicate your future to sales and marketing, this is the right place for you! On one end, you can make very little, but if you're willing to go the extra mile, you can make a small fortune doing this (you'll probably have to work Monday-Saturday though).
Hope this helps guys~! :)
