I have learned more in 3 months of working at Source Marketing Direct than I did in 3 years of University. The transferable life skills and self development I have had the chance to achieve since being here have been invaluable, not to mention being promoted and seeing more progression in just a few weeks here than I did in years at any other company. The recognition that I get based on my own work has allowed me to improve my confidence in myself by a mile and the fun team atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for too.
