After being shortlisted, I got invited to an open day and sped some time with the team. I shadowed one of the manager for a few hours and got to talk in detail. Most of the interview covered different training structures and how they helped people develop skills. I find this interesting and different. I found the coaching methods very relateable. The team was eager to show me what they do on a daily basis and I got a sense of the company s culture.
