Thank you for this service. I just received my first order today. Excellent service from the coordinators and the volunteer delivery folks. I had the country fried steak. I microwaved it on defrost for 2 minutes, stirred it, and then on high for 2.5 minutes. Very filling and like anything else added some spices and a pat of margarine to the mashed potatoes.

I'm recovering from surgery and it was difficult for me to fix something to eat. Thank you, Meals on Wheels. You made life so much easier for me.

Sound Generation's Legal Assistance Program provides free legal advice on issues related elder law including estate planning documents like wills & trusts; power-of-attorney documents; guardianship/conservatorship proceedings etc., helping ensure that vulnerable populations are protected from abuse/exploitation while preserving autonomy where possible.
