Terrible follow through with the counselors which is why they no longer have counseling. Lost all the programs for youth. Constant turnover of staff, I could never have the same person. I would never recommend this company.

Very little support in the job. Pay is low compared to other like positions. They like to combine positions so that several full time jobs become one

Good place to get initial experience but not great for long term employment.

The outpatient counselors have helped so much - so easy to work with for our kids- love them
