It's been over 3 weeks and I have not received any information regarding my order! I contacted the store directly, as well as emailed the business and business owner using the emails provided after checkout and no response! The employees are incompetent and cannot tell u anything other than, It SHOULD be shipped out today! Heather and her staff know absolutely NOTHING about running a business! I've already contacted my Credit card company AND the Better Business Bureau! I will leave a review about this bs business anywhere that I can so that nobody else wastes their time or money with this company! Shop with businesses where you'll get your purchases in a timely fashion. Shop NASTYGAL and TOPSHOP! Sorella is just a bootleg knockoff version of those retailers.
