I love the food and the ambiance. I love the fact that the chefs cook the food in front of you, at your table. When one of the chefs made a Mickey mouse logo out of the shrimp fried rice, I was sold, sold, sold.

I can't express enough how enjoyable this place is. Go with friends and make your own tasting menu. The staff is so friendly too!

My chef was rafael and my server was alex this 2 are amazing people ..and there costumer service is on point ..ask for them

The food here was absolutely worth the wait. The chicken was so juicy and the Mac n cheese was delicious. I absolutely recommend this place!

not enough parking!....one hour 30 minutes wait....and 30minutes wait for food to be cooked....the jokes did not make up for all the waiting....overrated restaurant in my opinion.....

I have been to many of these places. I was not impressed. The food was average at best and not very seasoned. Also the chef did not even do the normal show. This place has a really long wait but im not sure why.

Loved the food but the chef toke forever to arrive.

Great place to go and eat especially if you are in a group. Highly recommend the mai tai I usually have 2 to start my experience. I'm obsessed with the shrimp sauce I swear you can dip a rock in it and you would eat it happily and that's not to say the food needs it but the whole combination it great. The staff is very polite and attentive and the chef's are usually very good with some being excellent entertainers as well.

Part of the Benihana chain, but Samurai retains their own recipes, which is what sets them apart. We live 1.5 hours north, but always go there any time we find ourselves in the Miami area (incidentally, bypassing 2 Benihana locations). Their steak and chicken dishes, chopped and cooked in front of you at the table, are phenomenal.

The only thing good here is the food and the chef . I told them about my allergy to seafood and they told me "you'll get your food first so that you can eat while the cook it." I thought it would be fine until the chef literally cooked the shrimp right next to my face. I didn't even make it pass the shrimp, I couldn't take the smell of it and all the smoke was blowing in my face, on top of that, the family of 5 that sat with us ordered the special rice(which has multiple types of seafood and beef). I had to leave .

It was very disappointing being that I told them about my allergy and it was my birthday. The smell was so strong that I had to leave and I didn't get my birthday song thingy. It's even worst because my friend selected that place specifically because they give that little presentation.

Food is always.... so..... damn.... good! Sonny up at the bar is the best. Hes been there for years and makes sure those drinks stay full

I would give them 5 stars if the parking situation was not such a disaster. I don't care for valet parking that takes up 75% of the parking, even if complementary.

You are not paying for amazing food quality, it's more of the food experience and the show at the habachi. Gets pricy as well. It's not a bad restaurant but I think with better service and improved menu option this place can be better

Divine to taste exquisite dishes prepared in front of you and passing at the same time a pleasant time enjoying the wonders offered by the Mexican chef who attended us.

Very good food which is cooked in front of you with an impressive demonstration. Very good for special occasions or when you want to give a good time away from home.

Amazing place for a family dinner, date night, and even a get together for food and drinks! Always a good show when they're cooking the food in front of you, never have had a bad time. A little pricey but worth it for the food and drinks. Or you can go for lunch time and its alot cheaper.

I have always been a huge fan of samurai. The 45 minute drive is worth every minute. I make sure to stop in any time I m back in town. And this visit was the best by far. We were seated quickly and our server Alex C. promptly came over and welcomed us. He introduced himself and patiently answered our questions. It was a nice and genuinely friendly visit. Everything we ordered was delicious. The lobster tail and filet dish he suggested to my husband was perfection. It was perfectly paired with the mai Thai. Overall it was a great experience and my whole family had fun. We will always be back. Thank you Alex!

Wow!!! Absolutely amazing and delicious!! Our Chef Edwin was extremely talented and entertained us all! The yellow sauce is soooo good I had to pour it on top of everything!! Yum yum yum!! Can't wait till I go back again!!! :)

Wow i have been there before but this time Roberto was the cook and it was the best Japanese version I have had experience.

3 hour waiting, overpriced menu about $35 a plate, they sit 12 people on a table that fix about 8 comfortable. Dirty floors. a waste of money

Horrible experience, from the valet Nazi, to zero parking zero self parking situation, then the bartender sent us to a table because he was too overwhelmed to serve us. My scallops were tiny and lacked flavor. It is old and decaying and should be torn down. I will never return.

Where does the metal from them scratching table go? I left as soon as I saw it was going to contaminate my family's food. My wife was disgusted by something dripping from above our table. Why are none of the chefs wearing gloves? Truly gross! Something is not right! Does the owner know this is going on or does he not care?

Super fun place to be! The staff is engaging and, if you have kids, they really try to get the kids involved. The food is okay, but you really go for the teppanyaki atmosphere.

If you want to eat on time forget about ordering at samurai. This is my second time and I had to wait for more than 39 minutes. No one answers the call. Everyone said I will be right out. No way.

Had an amazing time at the restaurant. The food and service was great. Our chef was very charismatic, he delivered a great show that our 6 year old daughter enjoyed so much. Definitely coming back soon!

First time here and I have to say I will definitely be going back. The wait was not long, we got seated in under 15mins. Our Chef Eddy from Hialeah was amazing. He was hilarious and entertaining and the food was great.

Chef and Server was nice. Food was sub par for the price we pay. Ordered chicken and steak & it was nothing special, the chicken portions were very little and chicken fried rice is $4 extra. Uhm. Not coming back.

Wow! I was shocked by the amount of flavor in the food. It was delicious!! Especially when I found out these people are owned by Benihana s. You can t compare the two. This place is so much better. The service for my party of 20 was spectacular. The wait time sucked and it was extremely expensive but worth it , in my opinion. I enjoyed everything I ate.

I gave it 2 stars because the cook was nice but everything else was really bad . I went last night with my husband it was supposed to be a romantic dinner after a long week of so much work for him .
It was the opposite, sadly but true .
The soup and salad were ok but everything else a big mess. The cook start everything backwards, he started cooking chicken and veggies first and touch already cooked food with spatula raw meat and chicken . We never saw a trick or anything funny other cooks do there . Last thing he did was the rice and that was supposed to be one of the first things.
So we came here hungry for good food and nice experience but ended up with a huge headache and big stomachache.

The only thing good was the soup , let s start off by the 1.5 hour wait to be seated. The chef was cool but messed up my order. The food had little flavor and was a bit burned and to top it off was extremely over priced ! Won t see us again . Thanks

The good is great and the SERVER'S ARE USUALLY VERY GOOD

a little rushed, always packed , but worth the visit. look at their website for coupon specials and deal on birthday dinners. The food is very good and every time I eat there it is in a party of at least 7, the service is fast and attentive if you make your wishes known. the only thing I found lacking, there is no sugar packets on table setup for your ice tee if ordered. Overall if you have the time do it! Edit feb.9.2020 Ok I ffg ind myself and our group eating here more and more. Was here the 5th at night on Wed. The place was almost full and the line moved very quick
As usual the food is excellent and made in front of you with zeal, after our meal we were all stuffed and happy, the staff is to be commended and did a great job overall, a verry good place for a delicious and fun meal that has a cooking show thrown in. If you have not tried Samurai Restraunt I highly recommend it. Good food and fun happy atmosphere.

The best place for saki and sushi...and overall good time...Sunny the bartender will take care of you if your not looking for the whole show and are just trying to eat and run...great service...a bit loud at times but worth it for the food.

Everything is great other than no AC. And thats a constant problem. Does not help living in Miami

Great food and atmosphere as usual. Our chef was a little on the boring side but his cooking skill more than made up for it.
