I love the food and it s super good. However, I bought the steak and chicken for 4 people and I received 2 containers that had the rice mixed with the vegetables, the other 2 containers the chicken is mixed with the steak. It doesn t make sense. Not everyone in my family likes vegetables and I don t like to have my food mixing. They should have 4 containers each with the separate food. 1 container solely for rice, the other only with the vegetables, so on and so forth. It only makes sense to do it this way.

Our Chef was awesome the service is as low as possible it can't be any slower and we went during lunch on a weekday we were there for a good two and a half 3 hours we didn't order anything exorbitant the prices are typical the drinks were really good I would have to say the only bad thing is how slow the services but other than that this is a great

I was not given the pager after placing my name on the list. After seeing four other party's being seated I ask the front desk about it but they look at me like I was crazy. The manager was no help and only said I will try to seat you next. SMH

I dont understand how this could be considered fine dining. The person who poorly prepared our food was very rude and does by the name Oswald. Chicken friend rice was half white and crunchy. Vegetables were undercooked too. He was clearly struggling and has hardly any kitchen or customer service experience.

Pros:The food is great here. Good variety of options and decent pricing. Watching the food getting cooked in front of you is assuring and entertaining. The staff offers great customer service with pleasurable attitude.

Cons: Long wait and less than desirable parking, unless you valet park.

I have been to this restaurant many times, and have noticed a pattern in regards to "cleanliness". I often find there is accumulated dust/webbing in the lights above the dining seating area, which comes very close to the food being cooked and where the food is placed.

I love this place. I have been here quite a few times over the years and the food never disappoints. Even in this new world with Covid, they've done a great job of keeping people apart. Honestly its even more comfortable now. They use to stuff 8 people into one hibachi grill. Now its 6!

Let me start off by saying that I have been coming to this samurai for years & years! Today I felt compelled to write a review. It started off with Kim's excellent service. Covering all steps of service with genuine Grace. Then to compliment her we had Bernie as a chef. Very charismatic and talented he made us all feel like we are eating at home! We have come in the past and Sonny at the bar is also got to check him out, waiting for a table he will serve you quickly.

The waitress was very rude and the chef Ali was super dry and doesn t know how to get the orders right. We had to switch plates. I don t even understand why the drinks has to be taken with another person. This rule of theirs is ridiculous. Man the quality of this place has gone to the ground. Wouldn t recommend this place to anybody unless they would like their order messed up.

Excellent restaurant, be prepared to wait on a busy Saturday night, can't call in for reservation but someone can arrive earlier to reserve if a bigger crowd and different arrival arrangements . We definitely recommend and the food was absolutely delicious!! Their pink sauce is heaven!! Goes well with everything!! We had several dishes, shrimp, scallops, meat and chicken and they were all amazing!! Recommended!! Their staff and chefs very friendly! We will definitely come back. Laid back atmosphere, ohh and complimentary Valet which it feels awesome!

What a bad experience i had the MANAGER and HOSTESS were not at all accommodating and not understanding. They acted without any care and very AGGRESSIVELY towards me and my party. The fact that they acted so unprofessional is beyond my understanding , if they don t have the proper quality s they shouldn t be doing this for a line of work.

OMG! i love love love this place! If you have never been there i recommend that you go... I'm addicted to this place, i wish i can go every weekend. The service is always good. the only bad thing is that the wait on the weekend is long sometimes an hour or more but its so worth it.

First time at Samurai and it wasn't a bad experience. Had a nice time.
