Sonic is typically very good with good product selection and very good prices. I've used their NVX wiring and mini amplifiers and they are very good products especially for the price. Shipping is typically fast.

Ordered a complete radio with trim and wiring harness a week ago. I received an email saying my address was not matching with the one on my credit card, I had to call 15 times and leave multiple voicemails and emails until I was finally able to talk to someone. This representative told me, no problem the issue will get resolved today, you'll get a call back to confirm that your package has left. 3 DAYS LATER, Still no call back, I've been trying to call, nobody ever picks up and no email replies whatsoever and I cannot even see my order in my account on their website. Who knows if I will ever receive my stuff, I am $350 less and no service at all. Avoid this company at all cost!!!

absolutely horrible customer service. We have tried to call and you can never get through. We have been waiting 2 weeks just for an item to ship, the company says it's shipped but UPS states label has only been created. Informed company of this through email and can't get a response.

Dont buy from this place, yesterday on a black Friday sale I bought 2 car stereos, acording to their web page and because the sale my total came to $0.0, yes total was $0.0, today without any notice, not even an email or a call, my orders where cancelled, this company is a fraud, I contacted the customer service ph number and the guy th to me that it was a glitch on their web page and that if I go to small claim court they won't do anything because there was no payment, and hunged up on me.

I believe this is the 2nd, possibly the 3rd time I have called sonic electronics and was assisted by Travis. He is a fantastic individual to place an order with or ask any relevant questions. He also will not let you pay for your items until he is sure you are getting the rock bottom dollar deal. In a couple months sonic has saved me over $800 when compared to all the retailers made available through chrome. Including the wish app sellers. Why are the rating so low from this company? Brought a subwoofer for my husband they told me I would get my package in two days I didn t believe it and honestly after dealing with the horrible customer service at crutchfield I was done dealing with buying from places like this but I gave this company a chance and you should too. Ordered an amplifier along with some speakers from the company and once I received it all I learned that the information on sonics website was inaccurate and made the amplifier seem better then it was. Customer support did little to try and solve the issue and implied that the incorrect information wasn't their fault. They refused to pay for return shipping so I could return the product as it served no purpose for me and repeatedly stated that even tho the information was incorrect there was nothing that could be done about it. As to this day they have yet to even change the information on the amplifier now that they know the correct outputs and continue to miss lead customers.

I m a big fan of Sonic Electronix, and Travis did not disappoint!! He helped me with questions and gave me a great deal!

I received my car stereo within four days! Hard to believe in this time of virus. I had a question regarding installation and called the tech number. The wait was not too bad(with exception to the hold music!!!). Cory N. took my questions and did a thorough job of assisting me. I couldn`t be more satisfied and feel comfortable in continuing the installation.

Stay away, they don't respond to emails or on site order support. I placed an order the status has been "Printed" for 7 days now. no response from them, I tried to request to cancel the order after day 5, I had to file a paypal complaint and try to get my money back.

Ordered car stereo with specific mounting bracket and connector kit in April. Only received the stereo ...other items missing from order but charged to my VISA. Tried contacting this company by phone three times and email three times....all with no response. Ended up submitting a complaint to the BBB ....just received a response back after one month that they were also unsuccessful in contacting this company to resolve the matter....case closed. VERY POOR/NO customer service ...would not recommend dealing with this company at all!!

Quick response receiving my order dated December 15 but only gets the confirmation and agreement today December 19, but I really liked the safety and security of my credit card information prior to shipping my order. I just hope I will still get the product on December 23 as stated when I placed my order, and as mentioned to me over the phone.

Spoke with Travis (In customer service) and couldn't be happier with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable with the stuff I needed and never made me feel like he was in a rush to get me off the phone (like other call centers do). Spoke with his manager afterwards to give travis some kudos (as the man deserved it) and both men were easy to talk to. This is my first interaction with them and so far its been amazing so we'll see if things continue like this after receiving the product. If so, not only will they have my money/business in the future but I'll be sure to tell friends and family about them as well!!

I was on the borderline whether to order from Sonic, but when Travis reached out to me with his exceptional customer service, it was a simple decision to make.

Had some issues wiring a LOC, wasn t getting full use of it. Spoke with Travis and he explained to me the issue I could be having. Took his advice and now have my loc and audio equipment working perfectly!

poor customer service ordered a stereo, upon ordering it realized i ordered the wrong part# I immediately e-mailed them to cancel order if it would not fit my application, received a automated response but never received a e-mail back from them, they sent item anyway, return was fine but they charged me return shipping which was $25. I feel they should have paid for return as I told them not to ship... Never did receive any information from why they sent it Shop online at the several other audio retailers...

People are right they never answer or call back. I put in a job here for a lead and they did call me but I was out eating with my family so my phone was in my car. Called them back in 20-30 min, left a message, and they never called back.

I have to say these guys are true and they value there customers and quick resolution. I also admire that they willing to help with the new install of what ever equipment you purchase lots of videos on YouTube to help with installations and knowledgeable guys. I have to say very happy customer and looking forward to doing business again I rate these guys 6 thanks

Nick was as professional as he was understanding. I had a problem with a product with seemingly no resolution in sight. Nick ( a supervisor) reached out in a timely manner, and was able to remedy the problem for me. I must say, it is beyond refreshing to experience such amazing customer service. I only purchase car audio products at Sonic specifically because of staff like Nick. It makes me feel good about spending hard earned money. I was searching for the best price on an alpine HU and backup cam from usual sources (Crutchfield, Sonic, ect) . Got an email from Travis from Sonic. Sent him my list, and he came back with REALLY good pricing. Got HU and Boyo back cam for around what the web price of HU. Thank you, Travis! Gotta love Sonic!

Ordered a backup camera for my E90 BMW. These are, word for word, the extent of the instructions in the box:

Red: +12 volts
Black: Ground
Blue wire: connect for reverse image (if available)
White wire: connect to remove guide lines

Oh, the problems. Where to start. Well, there are 2 red wires, not one. The blue wire is clearly for the trunk release button. There's an RCA plug that isn't even mentioned.

I filled out a customer service form. Crickets. I called twice. Both times instead of putting me in a service queue on hold, THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM TOLD ME TO CALL BACK LATER AND HUNG UP!!!!

This is some of the worst customer service I've seen. Good God, man.

Customer service has changed so much within the last time I've made a order. I spoke with a Guy named Chance, he was awesome! He guided me to the right amp to purchase. He also told me his buddy Sean in sales could get me a great deal on it and he didn't lie! I got a great deal on it. I told them I love car audio and I use to watch Allyn Rahim's YouTube videos and how much I loved car audio so he asked could he put me on hold and I said yes. To my surprise Allyn Rahim picked up the phone and introduced himself. DREAM COME TRUE! He actually took the time out of his day to speak to me. I love this company!

Well I always, always use Crutchfield for my car audio needs with absolutely no issues, we'll the one time I decided not too something happens.. So first off I placed an order that took over three weeks to ship, and when I got the order it was missing the most expensive item I ordered. I'm still going through the process of trying to get it replaced.. I will never order again, lesson learned!

I recently learned that Sonic sold PPE gear. As my county has now mandated masks I purchased disposable masks, cloth masks and a contact less thermometer. Why did I didnt invest in this thermometer sooner with kids is beyond me! I received my order in less than 2 business days and the quality is better than I expected! Pretty sweet deal when a local company can beat Prime for speedy delivery!

This company is a completely SCAM, please please stay away from them, I bought a JL Audio subwoofer box for more than $1000 for my truck and I haven t received anything, I usually don t leave reviews on anything but in this case I feel that people needs to know about this company,
I been calling for more than 20 days trying to get an update about my order and either no one answer or after waiting for more than a half an hour the call disconnects, then tried to call sales (this is the only line they answer) line and Mr. Dustin answers right away, with all my effort and begging for help about how I can get update about purchase he just didn t care and since the beginning of the conversation he just want to transfer me to a line that never answers, Decide to email Mr. Travis to see if he call or email me back but same thing NO answer, this is my first time I buy something from your company and will be the last time as well, Once again never have left reviews on anything but I will make sure people know what a scam you guys are, definitely this is not the way to treat customers.

I bought the jl audio pro wedge 10w7ae last week from sonix electronic with amazing price(nobody can beat the price they gave me). Once i got the sub, i tried to put on with my current amp(pionner gm d9605), but the sound wasn t really good.
And then i called sonic electronix to ask amp recomendation. This guy Travis was very helpful, he told me to get jl hd750/1 for the sub to get the best result. Also, since i don t have DSP for my system, i m getting the audio control DM810 as well. Travis was able to get me best deal i ve ever get for those two.
If you ever wonder what you should get for your system just call them and they ll get you everything you need for the best price you ll ever get!

I love Sonic Electronix, I've shopped there for years, they are always my first stop when looking for car audio gear if they sell it they get my business which is always pretty likely. They have top shelf customer service and support with help advice and returns. They also have a bunch of resources to help with decisions and install questions. They have pretty fast shipping and good prices, They also sell at amazon.

Did order a ring terminal with some sound stuff on 7/10/2018, the other stuff came except the ring terminal and it's 7/25/2018. Call couple times and i was told they were going to shipping them and that was 4 days ago. Now they are not answering my phone calls.

Sonic has a "reviews" section on their product pages, and you can "submit" "reviews." The problem, put simply, is that they only allow reviews they like, so three star or better generally. If you provide an excellent review, with a two rating, wherein you expose the pros and cons of the product, too bad, they won't publish it, since that might make someone decide not to buy from them.
I don't understand the tactic personally, since it invariably ends with us customers wasting money once or twice before we learn the truth, this company is dishonest, and then we stop shopping there. But it is undeniably the case that this is the practice of Sonic Electronix.

I ve done a lot business with the wonderful people at sonic electronix and have never had any issues even when returning items. They have always been helpful and kind. Would recommend to anyone to buy from them with confidence.

Great Customer Service. When the item I ordered went on back order before shipping, they worked with me to ensure either that item was on its way to arrive by Christmas or we would find and alternate item. Great experience through having to change items due to Manufacturer back order.
