poor customer service ordered a stereo, upon ordering it realized i ordered the wrong part# I immediately e-mailed them to cancel order if it would not fit my application, received a automated response but never received a e-mail back from them, they sent item anyway, return was fine but they charged me return shipping which was $25. I feel they should have paid for return as I told them not to ship... Never did receive any information from why they sent it Shop online at the several other audio retailers...
