During a car show in town, I placed an order for me and my visiting family from this location that totaled over $50. After returning to the show i discovered they got 1 of my items wrong and left 3 items out. I called, they apologized and offered to remake those 4 items. I went back to pick it up and returned to the car show only to find that they again made the order wrong. I can understand making a mistake once, but I would think you'd be a little more careful (as the cook) and observant (as the manager) when correcting that mistake. This showed me a total lack of complacency and general lack of caring by the store as a whole.

Good service always gets our orders right and in a timely manner

It was a very bad experience. Two of the speakers I went to were broken. Try didn't even answer me at the next two speakers. When they did answer my friend the other day they were rude. I will never go to this sonic again.If I could give a minus star I would.

Menu board was not working at the dine in. I told the lady that I wanted the ice cream with Oreo cookie mixed in. She said , an Oreo cookie?. No, a cup of soft serve with the Oreo cookie mixed in it, I can't remember what its called and you have no menu for me to look at.. The lady could not figure it out. Finally the lady behind me said, He wants an Oreo blast.... Oh, the server said.
I was then delivered an Oreo blast with no napkin and no mint. There were No napkins in the dining room. Had to stand in line to get a napkin...
Will not go back.

The new location looks decent to modern Sonic. I did my order in the car hop rushed me the whole time. She kept ask me anything else anything else anything else. I said I'm looking since you don't have any cheddar bites. And she sighed and I ended up just getting a drink but along with my review I'll be calling the store manager and shoot an email to the corporate office to let them know about their poor service.

I love sonics coffees. Everyone should try the iced chocolate coffee. They are cheap and the best coffee you will ever try

It's Nice, they did get our order wrong we let them know and they fix it fast

You may not get your order, or get the right order, if you can even place your order. I was reluctant to even give it a star. Had trouble with then several times. I quit going.

Waited over 10 minutes for my food. When I got it, everything was just warm it wasn't hot. And the fries were old and almost cold. Won't be back to this one.

This is my favorite Sonic. Even if I'm across town, I'll make the drive to this one.

Rude when trying to correct an online order. Then after replacing my order, I requested cream be added to my drink since the app does not give the option. Was told, okay they'll add it. Then failed to add the cream as they said they would.

The carhops here are great. I've even seen one of them on skates!The food is good, but they are not always careful & accurate on special orders (like no pickles or extra ketchup). I would check your food before leaving their parking lot just to be on the safe side.

Sick of this location, constantly forgetting stuff, nearly every time I go. I just have to start checking

Mix your own drinks it's awesome, service is pretty good and ppl are friendly

They took my order. Then brought me someone else's order. Then got my order wrong when they did bring it. Asked for the right burger. Brought another burger and it was still the wrong burger. I will not be going back there

Can't get your order right ever. I guess if you order a hamburger with no cheese you are getting cheese every time. You can tell them up to 3 times you are still getting a cheeseburger

Very good service. Food prices are pretty expensive!

I get 45 min for lunch and it's still not enough time to get food here.

This is the new Sonic on Harrison. Even though they were busy at lunch time we got our order in less than ten minutes. Very nice.

Service was unbelievabley slow and customer service isn't a priority. They sounded like they were bored with their job.

The new Steakhouse burger was dry did not have enough Mayo with pepper.

Long wait times but people are very friendly and helpful. Good location Sonic really stepped up indoor and outdoor dinning USB and plug in charging at every table indoors .two drive thru lines and many carhop stations and hundreds of choices to design your own drink choice

I've been to a lot of Sonics and I come to this one over and over. They make the best grilled chicken wraps. Meat is ALWAYS tender and hot...LOVE IT.

Removed a key part of the blast. No more whipped topping so no more of my business

The food here is mediocre, I have had better with sonic before, but at a different location. The food is definitely not worth the price.

Love there happy hour for drinks and specials and easy to find

Food was great and so was the service.
Radiator blew on the truck and they did not seemed bothered at all. Employees at the store even checked up on us to make sure we were ok and even offered help!
It s great to see good people at work and to know you are not alone at a rough time.

Ordered through the app 5 mins before arrival, didn't receive my two drinks until 15 mins after arrival. Called in and confirmed I was here and was brought 5 mins later.

I live very close to this location and they mess up at least part of the order ever single time. Save yourself the trip and go to a different one.

Usually stop on a regular basis. Last girl was unsure about a creamy Dr. Pepoer. FYI, just Dr. Pepoer with a little ice cream on the bottom.

Normally quick to receive food. Haven't had a wrong order yet.
