Sonic Drive-In

Sat at the drive through waiting for the food for a good 20 minutes. Food was good though.

This place has horrible service mess up orders evertime

For a Sonic, this is a good location. Never an issue of any kind.

Really enjoy the Sonic but the prices are getting to high for fixed income customers. So don't really go there anymore unless they are having a special.

So the manager sarah was very rude and told me if i wanted 2 regular size chicken strips to come back in. Living across town I feel as I shouldn't have to, chicken strip dinner is always a classic so I ordered the one with 5 instead of 3, well pretty much i got 3, being as I used to work at the one on wallace before they relocated. I know some chicken very in size and isn't always gonna be big pieces, but dont use the ones at the bottom of the bag. Picture is provided to show im not exaggerating.

Extremely poor service EVERY TIME. Will not be going back ever. Corporate really needs to investigate and figure some things out this place is POORLY managed. The food is always made wrong and hardly ever fresh. I wouldn't even give it a rating but to write a review you have to. (This is being nice)

I love Happy Hour because I enjoy a large Cherry or Strawberry Limeade.

It was terrible service, waitress had a lot of Aditude towards me.

Waited 10 min and no response. After 2 cars next to me pulled in and ordered within minutes....headed for McDonald's.

They rarely get the orders % correctly. Good food. But when I pay for bacon on a burger I want it on there when I get home.

It's aggravating when you buy a large happy hour drink and only get about 5 slurps before it is gone. Open the lid and the ice is 1&1/2 inch from the top of the cup. However when you pay full price for it and the same thing happens, that is really a BURN ! Of course I always ask for easy ice but that only seems to help 1/2 the time...!!!!

Food is always cold! You don't get repeat customers serving food like that. Bring back the old Sonic with a grill and fryer.

Not sure what has happened to this Sonic location. It was the best in town. I live north of Town and drive the others to get to this one because the others are so bad. Got home and had no bacon on the bacon burger, no cherry anything in the cherry limeade. Everything was completely cold. Hopefully it's just a fluke.

Dine-In, Drive-In, Drive Through..... this place does it all. The interior tables have electrical outlets equipped with a USB port. The interior was clean, the food was good. The water is horrible which I'm assuming is city wide. We even had a little entertainment when a half naked man who happened to be under the influence of alchohol or drugs went inside and wouldn't leave. Until the police, an ambulance and even the fire department showed up and took him to the hospital. The employees handled the situation better then I expected they would.

Buns were stale and hard on burger and foot long. Meat on hamburger was over cooked to the point it was hard and like leather. Fries were cold and undercooked. Would not recommend this location at all. Needs to work on food quality.

The worst fast food in shawnee!!! They have no idea what they are doing in there, every time I have ever visited they have got my order wrong!!!

Sonic drive in is alright the price is getting too high you can go out to a restaurant for the price their charging you be it if it's fast you want sweet carhops that's the place

Sonic in most locations have recently gone way down in quality. Sonic is a regional staple so the decline in quality and service is surprising and unfortunate. I so hope they get their act together. If they do not they will be gone inside 5 years. Nostalgia will carry them only so far.

Cold chicken and hard benches. Seriously though they made us wait 10 minutes for hard cold chicken... Sure they gave us hot tots but why couldn't the chicken be hot at the same time? The staff is okay they didn't seem all there. I won't be back is all

Wanted an ice cream sandwich. Said they were out and couldn't make any till next day

This is a classic food place with a twist. Sonic was originated in Shawnee, so it's fitting for the first drive-thru Sonic to be here, as well. They have the classic drive-in, with a drive-thru, and dine-in option. It's always clean inside, and they even have a television for people waiting on their food.

Love the full menu all day. Ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burritos and jalapeno poppers are my favorites

I ordered 2 simple things and they got one of them wrong. That's a 50% average there folks... you're failing.

It was good serevive was good food was still hot when I got home

First time there, it took awhile for them to deliver my food longer than it should have maybe it was just really busy today

Im pretty sure this is the fastest Sonic in Shawnee.

This place is a nice and clean business but the car hops are very slow getting orders out and answering machines

I went in, ordered two drinks during happy hour saw the drinks made then watched them sit on the counter for ten minutes while free car hops stood around, I could even see the little board with my drinks on it and they were highlighted red... because they were late... and when I got my drink I opened the lid and there was grass in it (or what looked like grass, either way I ordered a tea all I expected was tea and ice). I fully expect an eating establishment to be busy during happy hour but it's irritating to see your drinks sitting on a counter with employees standing around doing nothing.

I believe they know who I am and they get my order wrong on purpose because I'm a regular customer just saying

Today at the drive through they were training a new person who was very frustrated and cussing. My children were scared because she was so frustrated, angry, and cussing up a storm. I was surprised that the person who was helping her didn't show her how to turn off the mic to the speaker box or tell her to calm down and quit cussing. Had to reassure my children that she couldn't hurt them.

Outstanding. Grand opening. Lots of activities. Great food. Car hops running.....

Very very slow cause they allow customers to order food thru drive up window during happy hour, this doesn't make people very happy

This location is mediocre at best. Slow service, food borderline, slushes not as frozen as they should be, inconsistency in limeade from one visit to the next. Additionally, every time I use the app, it has an update. If you want us to use the app, don't make us spend 10 minutes updating the app.

Love this Place! I don't love Google which is a commie organization hellbent to destroy America.

Service was slow and my Dr. Pepper tasted bad both 44 oz drinks

Dining room and bathrooms are horrid. Service isn't great but food taste terrific. Worked there previously (Feb 17-Jul 17 when Ryan was GM) and everything remained spotless. The new GM doesn't appear to do anything at all and even gave my position away within 4 days after telling me to quit current position elsewhere as they needed me immediately and was told to come in and fill out paperwork.

Service is very slow people are quite friendly there are better burger joints and of course there are worse. Went today the computers had all crashed outside drive thru screen was broken. Typical at this new sonic

My son and I love coming here since you can sit outside or dine inside its great friendly ppl

Its sonic, lower your expectations. Lukewarm hamburger with cold cheese. One step above the soup kitchen

Popcorn chicken was over cooked because they was hard.

One of the better Sonics, they usually give me my food faster than I expect it.

Girl brought wrong size drink and corrected it but had a crappy attitude about having to do it

Quick service. The person who brought my food out was very friendly. Food is always good here!
