During a car show in town, I placed an order for me and my visiting family from this location that totaled over $50. After returning to the show i discovered they got 1 of my items wrong and left 3 items out. I called, they apologized and offered to remake those 4 items. I went back to pick it up and returned to the car show only to find that they again made the order wrong. I can understand making a mistake once, but I would think you'd be a little more careful (as the cook) and observant (as the manager) when correcting that mistake. This showed me a total lack of complacency and general lack of caring by the store as a whole.
