Great, great folks to work with. I very much respect the two partners (head monkees) that run MB and enjoy working with them. They are my go-to guys when it comes to web development and SEO work. If you're looking for a firm that's accessible and will take a long term interest in your web needs...look no further.

Without that preparation, we would have been lost.

I work as a consultant for a major national engineering firm in a communications management role. I was introduced to Monkee Boy through one of my major accounts. As the middleman between their work and my client (with the expectation that I would be held responsible for their quality of product, good or bad), I couldn't ask for anyone better with whom to work. Aaron's team showed time and time again that they are experts in what they do, willing to go the extra mile (and hour, and another hour) to meet deadlines and have the ability to produce beautiful, modern, innovative websites. There are several instances where I called the team in a total panic - convinced that I'd broken something that couldn't be fixed or we'd never make a deadline - and they stepped up every time with calm intentionality and a willingness to be flexible. I wouldn't recommend it, but a member of their team stayed up basically all night with me to launch a website on time, when the information that was going to go on the site was delayed in getting to us. I literally can't say anything negative about this company or it's leadership and I've gone on to sing their praises with our other clients in hopes to get to use them more. I originally went to Monkee-Boy seeking a proposal for a new website. Come to find out, Monkee-Boy also provides SEO/marketing services through Full Funnel Marketing, as well. My first encounter with Aaron Bramwell, the CEO, was off the charts. When I met with him in person, he presented a top-line review of my firm's website. He kindly and gently revealed a host of problems - problems that I knew had been created by the SEO firm I was currently using (I had inherited them when I took the job). I suspected there were issues with the current firm's capabilities, and this was all the confirmation I needed.

I've since engaged Monkee-Boy to create a new website for my firm (currently in development) and Full Funnel to handle all the SEO and PPC campaigns for the current (very old) site. They've corrected the numerous problems my prior SEO firm created, they've dramatically improved how Google views our website, and they've refined our PPC campaigns on both Google and Bing while reducing our spend and increasing our leads. They've researched and written blog posts and helped optimize other pages by suggesting alternative, more effective copy. And, they do all of this while happily educating me on the process, instead of acting like SEO is too complicated for me to understand (like my prior firm did). They are responsive, have a great project management tool that helps me stay on top of what they need from me while monitoring what initiatives they're undertaking on my behalf. And, they're nice people on top of it.

I've been so happy with the services I've received that I've referred them to multiple other firms. And, I don't take referrals lightly. However, I'm happy to stake my reputation on a firm that I know can and will deliver good service. Do yourself a favor and put them on your short-list, if you're seeking a new website and/or a new SEO firm.

I found them by way of a Google search so I was not sure what to expect. Aaron took it from there and worked with my IT team to determine if they could redo my platform. I didn't know the questions to ask nor did I know the terminology but Aaron let me know he can handle on my behalf. Not only did he do as he said he would but he was honest with me. He let me know that if they were not able to work with my platform that they would introduce me to someone who could. This shows true character and integrity.

We engaged Monkee-Boy to work with us on a complete web overhaul. After getting bids from multiple web dev/design firms, we landed on MB for a few reasons.

1) Their discovery process from the beginning was not only organized, but met the needs of our creative and project management teams. The documentation and quick communication helped us get a handle on the whole project from the beginning.

2) Halfway through our engagement, we had a few changes that required us to pivot. The MB team was very flexible and adaptive. This was necessary for the project's success.

3) Though we had numerous options for the CMS backend, we chose to implement Monkee-Boy's proprietary CMS, M-pire. It's user friendly, easy to teach our team, and allows for customization that might have proven difficult with other Enterprise CMS systems.

I can't say enough good things about the entire Monkee-Boy team. We recently redesigned the website at work and they made what is normally a painful process, pain free. They really wanted to understand how we envisioned our website being used, and by whom, and made that the focus of how to redesign the site.
