Sonic Drive-In Review

My friend and I have been there 3 times on our way through and every time it's some girl that's in a bad mood who doesn't care or know about easy ice. Yesterday he pulled up a little close so when he handed her the money his hand was hit by the doors that swing outward. She didn't say a thing. Handed us our stuff and told us to have a good day.

Great value, friendly service great food. Very clean building and outside ares. One of the new dine in concept.

Good food but sometimes I'm missing things from my order.

This place has good food. And the service is pretty fast. Better than mickey d's (McDonalds). They will also customize you hamburger for you. I ask for no pickles, never had a problem with the request at Sonic.

On two separate occasions have received sandwiches with meat only and no vegetables or sauce. The first time was a chicken sandwich and the last time i will ever eat there an chickenfried steak. I now use the Sonic on Kickapoo but my lifelong love of Sonic since the days of Jules Sweat is tarnished.

Always be my first love. "Chilli cheese Frito wraps".. Enough said!

It takes a good long time to get your order and it half the time they can't hear you and their equipment seems to be broke. Hopefully with them moving to a new location with newer equipment they can get their act together

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food place. I went there with my girlfriend and her son. We only got three drinks: root beer, lemonade, and a coke zero. No food or anything else and it took 10 minutes to get our drinks. How tf does it take 10 minutes to pour 3 drinks? There was hardly anybody else there. I will definitely never be going back. I can't imagine how long it would have taken if we ordered food.

The worst Sonic in the Shawnee area. My (very simple) order was messed up the last two visits. I keep going back .....stupid on my part. Tonight I waited 9 1/2 minutes for a large drink. I drove off without it because I refuse to wait 10 minutes for a simple drink. There were a few cars there waiting, but nothing that would justify a 10 minute wait.

Quick and easy. They were very polite and my food was nice and fresh. I m usually not a sonic person, but I had a good experience overall.

Too much ice and getting orders wrong or getting someone else's order

Very slow, food is good. Very bad at getting orders correct. No where close to being as bad as Sonic close to i-40 on Kickapoo. They messed up same order 4 times in a row.

I ordered online from the sonic gate #6 it took 10 mins to get a log cherry slushy! Ridiculous! It takes forever to get your orders from here!

Requested onion rings to be well done. They were far from it. Steak sandwich barely had mayo on it very bland

Horrible service ,ordered 2 carhops classics,at 8pm ,pushed red button,at 830 no response, me and 2 more cars there,went to braums,4 cars in front of me got my food in 6 minutes

I've been there a total of 6 times, each time I go they get my order wrong or I have to wait 15 minutes or longer for my food. I ordered 2 #1's and had to wait 40 minutes for my food and the fries tasted like they were old and they re-fried them to heat them back up.

Why did for 20 minutes never got my burger although several cars went through the drive-thru after I came there there was no one there but three cars waiting it's just ridiculous I finally left

My order was wrong. Went thru the drive thru. I ordered 2 strawberry fresh fruit slushs and idk what I got but it was a clear slush. Tasted good thou. Wish I knew what it was to order it again. I also ordered a large cheese tater tots and wanted ketchup salt and pepper. Got one ketchup package 2 salts and no pepper.

Pretty quick service, sometimes the food tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp all day before it was given to you.

Fast experience although i didn't go through drive thru, i pulled in a stall. Super friendly staff.

Would be 5*'s but asked for extra pickles on burger and didn't receive but she offered to get them but couldn't wait blood sugar was way low on verge of passing out, the new dine in was really nice, the help was very friendly but very busy I got there about time they close the dine in of the restaurant was going to get refill on drink but again they were surprisingly busy, I will decrementing visit again in future

Only the drinks are excellent, maybe this sonic that I visit does not have a good cook or it was very early because everyone had a bad mood

Food has got worse and prices have got higher (not just this sonic, but all of them).. manager in the afternoon is pretty rude.. never had a problem at breakfast.. only reason I gave it 2 stars is because they have the best sweet tea around... I use to love sonic, but I'd rather go to the crappy McDonald's on Harrison

Great food but no napkins or ketchup, guess i was supposed to ask??

It was okay, long line but was also lunch AND happy hour.

One of the things my husband ordered was a footlong cheese coney with mustard, chili and cheese. (No 12 HD). The receipt was right but when he got home (miles out of town) the hot dog was mustard on bread. That was it. I took it back into town and explained the problem. The Assistant Manager was rude and brought me a hot dog with chili poured all over the outside of the package. Again I asked him to remake it. When I got it home it was upside down with what appeared to be a thumb hole in the bread. I had to drive all the way back to town to the Sonic on 45th and pay (again) for them to make the hot dog. The Sonic on 45th is much better!

Fries where good, burger was not the best, almost no lettuce and it seemed a bit old. And was told I could not get a combo with water I had to get another drink for some reason.

It's difficult to see the cross-traffic when pulling out

I like this Sonic because if you don't want to eat in your car you can eat inside.

We were visiting family and decided to have Sonic for dinner. They live way out in the country and the nearest location to them is over 22 miles away. Well I ordered online with the Sonic app and it came to $99.98 for 9 people which wasn't awful but the real problem was they charged my card twice and messed up the entire order! The drinks we're watered down, the food was cold and not cooked all the way it was a total mess. So we called the location back and they agreed to remake the bad items for us and we could pick them up. So after going back again we we're told we would be refunded $20.00 back to my card for the mess ups ect. I was never refunded anything and will never go back there again.

There have the best deals on Tuesday. Loved the service

Pretty good food. The tables inside could have been cleaner, and the service was decent, but not stellar.

We stopped and got an ice cream cone was delicious, service was fast and friendly.

DON'T, just don't eat here. Wet burrito, watery drink, old fries! How? Its 10 in the morning!!

3 different hb before they even got 1 right. Eveytime there is a good grew something changes i waited over 10 min just to get a sweet tea this morning.

Ordered food.. Waited 20 minutes.. Told me they lost my order. Waited 20 more minutes for my food. Parking lot wasn't busy when I first pulled in. Watched other cars around me pull in get their food after I reordered the second time.
