DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER CORRECT! Nothing against the people of shawnee Oklahoma but they must send the towns mentally handicap to work there no matter what time of day. If you ever have a special order go somewhere else. I know i can count on Sonic drive in to mess up a simple cheese burger with ketchup and pickle.
New location did this place good, high tech and indoor dining with USB hookups.
Sometimes service is really slow, but they are very friendly, and usually prepared the food correctly.
The food is OK doesn't seem fresh the crew all of except for a couple seem less than interested in paying attention to detail on orders.
Went there and they destroyed the order 4 times. 2 supersonic breakfast burritos without onions or jalapenos. 2 chicken jr sandwiches, 1 breakfast toaster with 1 medium tatertot and 1 large tatertot. After the 4 times I went in and directly spoke to the manager in which she said she would replace the whole meal free next time I came in because I'd been there for over a hour. She took a receipt and a piece of paper wrote it all down including my name and phone number. Went today to get it and they said oh we dont have it wrote down so we cant help you.

Wanted to get a burger and ice cream. But for the 3rd time in a row they we're out if ice cream. Went to braums instead.
The order was wrong and I'm still waiting 15 min later
It took 10 minutes to even take my order. I had to push the button twice. I ordered a double cheeseburger and large cheddar peppers and a vanilla waffle cone. It took 25 minutes to get my order and my burger was cold! They brought me a vanilla cone not waffle cone. Very disappointed!

Manager was very rude! Order was wrong and cold, she told me that it was my fault! That I didn't order what I said I ordered and that I didn't know what I was talking about. I don't even know how I was to blame for the food being cold, but she said it was. I will never go there again and I tell everyone else about what happened.

We went there the other night after baseball practice. Could not go inside to eat because they were already closing down the inside at 8:20 p.m. They said they had several people that would come in and fall asleep so now they are closing the inside when it gets dark. I do not think that this is good business practice.
Besides unhappy carhops, the drive thru lane should be for drinks only! It is in Texas!!!
