We were visiting family and decided to have Sonic for dinner. They live way out in the country and the nearest location to them is over 22 miles away. Well I ordered online with the Sonic app and it came to $99.98 for 9 people which wasn't awful but the real problem was they charged my card twice and messed up the entire order! The drinks we're watered down, the food was cold and not cooked all the way it was a total mess. So we called the location back and they agreed to remake the bad items for us and we could pick them up. So after going back again we we're told we would be refunded $20.00 back to my card for the mess ups ect. I was never refunded anything and will never go back there again.
