I was several times through this company at rest and it was all good, but this year we paid 2 more people with 125 euros to take standard number but did not stay in the economy (so called) but did not stay in the attic, where neither the conditioner proved to cool in the room. On my daughters both with their husbands, one of whom is a young married man ... he stayed in a family number. I called the company at the time and nothing was decided. I would like to see what the managers of Solei company will say ??????

We rested with the family in Egypt this year in February with Solei Tourism, we were very satisfied and at the same time very amazed by the mismatched price-quality. The price was as low as possible, and the rest of grade 10. rest I did not believe in what I heard, and all my friends did not think it was possible and said it was just a lie. So we thought, and we did not have high hopes for a good result, while in the end it was all great. The hotel Parrotel Beach by Radisson blue, food grade 10, very diverse. We were also satisfied with the agency, namely we received help and consultations from Mrs. Catherine. We were informed in details about the hotel, about the traditions of Egypt, about the transfer of customs to the airport, which has some peculiarities, about the prices in Egypt, the necessary currency, even the price of the trips. Thank you very much for such an offer and we hope to collaborate in the future as well.

We recently returned from a wonderful vacation on the island of Crete organized by the Sun-Tourism agency. Besides the fact that the agency offers the best prices, they also have very good services and kind and qualified staff, we worked with Mrs. Ecaterina, an absolutely gorgeous lady in all respects. He was at our disposal for any question and helped us a lot in identifying the best price-quality hotel. Many thanks to the agency and Mrs. Ecaterina in particular. I recommend Solei Turism with all confidence!

A bunch of incapacitated people who don't speak English. On the site of Chi in u airport it is written in black and white that you can pay for additional options such as waiting rooms. This agency receives you in a lesser smile, neither hello nor some rule of goodness ... And basically tells you to go see yourself. Frankly it sucks. It is useless to want to win Europe if it is to stay in this state of mind ...

And insurance, and hotel reservations for which she does NOT PAY ANYTHING, and fictitious visa fees ....
And if you want a full report of what you pay money for, then that's it !!!! Be prepared for screams and termination of the agreement.

I do not recommend this agency to anyone. Better take care of your money and your health.
Contact any other place where people know their work and understand that they are Travel Agents, polite, patient, educated bringing joy to people before leaving.
And in conclusion I want to say, I am very sorry that THIS COMPANY EXISTING IN THE CITY CENTER WITH SUCH A TOUR AGENT AS EKATERINA.
Based on my poor experience, I do not recommend contacting Solei for services.
