A truly professional organization that actually takes time to understand your requirements and designs a solution around what you need. They won t sell you anything you don t need. The installation work was extremely neat and professional. Would definitely recommend them for any power back up solution that you need.

With so many Solar companies to choose from, I selected Solar365. Right from the first call for a qoute to post installation support was an incredibly professional and smooth experience. Amit is patient and always willing and available to answer all my questions, even after hours. The knowledgeable Solar365 team designed and installed the solar Victron solution exactly to my requirements. Although I supplied the PylonTech batteries, when the batteries did not charge up to 100%, Amit owned the issue and contacted my supplier, the Pylontech agents and Victron to resolve the issue. I received 5-star service from Amid and his team. Professional and neat installation. My system went into battery protection mode during loadshedding and once electricity came on at 20:30, mine dis not come on as I was unaware of this protection mode. I called Amid at 21:00, he answered immediately and guided me through the process to re-set. Not many business will assist after hours. I did not know about this because I was not at home when they installed to explain to me. Excellent service.

I have been researching Solar solutions and alternative energy platforms for over 2 years primarily because it is an investment and I wanted to be sure that I ticked all the boxes. Solar is not a small investment but dealing with Amit all my questions and concerns had been answered. Very professional team who delivered on time. At the end of 2019, we reflected on the impacts of load shedding for our family which were not pleasant. Frustrating to say the least. So it started, research alternative sources and the list of questions grew. I came across several companies who could provide solutions and held 1on1 discussions to receive answers on my questions. However, through a friend's referral, I was introduced to Solar365 and their approach to discussing suggestions and ideas I came across gave me comfort. Their realistic approach to our real life problem was a pleasant and candid experience.

At the start of 2020, we went with Solar365 and six months later life with their inverter solution; well, a worthwhile investment.

As a business owner, I am almost always working and work must carry on, despite the trauma and inconvenience of load shedding /load reduction. I also have children studying from home and my worst fear was load shedding/reduction happening in the middle of a test or exam. So, I made a decision to start the process of slowly getting off the grid because eishkom is gonna be with us for a long time still. Best decision ever. I have now installed an inverter and solar geysers, and by God's grace, will complete the process later this year or early next year. Load shedding/load reduction is now a thing of the past in my home. Life is normal for us during blackouts. Unless we are told, we don't even realize that there is load shedding.
