Always have good service and great drinks and food. And always meet great new friends. Love it there!

Other than the Pizza, I did not find their food to be anything special. The Chicken was bland, and salmon on their salad over cooked . Very large Beer selection on tap that goes well with the Pizza. Service givers are ok and the prices are on the high side for what you get $$. Public Parking can be difficult during busy times.

I enjoyed a perfect Blood orange martini while waiting for a table. I was impressed how well they handled a large dinner rush after the tree lighting ceremony and how quickly they had my food order to me. The grilled Salmon with roasted brussel sprouts and Yukon potatoes was delicious. The fish tasted fresh and the vegetables perfectly cooked. Service was the best especially considering the huge hungry crowd they had to feed.

A nice family friendly space with lots of variety of food and very friendly staff. I was served bread with oil and balsamic dipping complimentary and my food was served in 10 minutes (piping hot ). Never had a faster service like this before. Everything tasted delicious. I highly recommend this place

Good food for an okay price, especially in downtown Los Gatos. We order takeout from here way too often, but the food is always quick and reliably great!

Very friendly staff. Outside seating is very cozy during the evenings when temperatures allow. The Italian pizza is a good recommendation. Perfect size for me and delicious. Also the prices are pretty economical for the quality of the food and service.

Some also named John took our reservation and we had to wait 45 for a table but Kat and Halley came through with free cocktails and great service on my wife's bday. Great table with Pete Escavedo on the last night of jazz on the plaza playing across the street.

Their bread is great, and the rest of their food is good too. A little noisy sometimes, and the food can be a bit rich, but still tasty.

Good ambiance on the patio... Inside is too noisy to have a decent conversation at the table! Food has variety for all tastes. They serve a bread that they bake on spot and serve it with oil & Balsamic Vinegar... I wish they would add minced GARLIC and OLIVES into this mixture to make it real Italian-Style Appetizer....

Have terrific roasted chicken; really tasty, tender, and wonderful seasoning.

Excellent Lighter side Salmon and the chicken tequila pasta is the top 10 on our list. Nice outside dining with heaters and is dog friendly! Fresh bread with balsamic dipping and cocktails make a early Friday evening complete. The service is great and our server Justine was very attentive, friendly making sure we were happy.

Had the vodka shrimp pasta. It was fresh, flavorful and filling.

My family and I have enjoyed this Los Gatos restaurant for many years now, and we're continually delighted! Their specials are innovative and really delicious -- both food and drinks! Although we've moved further up the peninsula, we make the trip back to LG for lunch or dinner frequently!

Try the Tequila chicken and the gorgonzola salad. To die for. If nice weather sit outside.

We have been here several times and always we ve had a good experience. Some foods are better than the others and in general it s not a wow place but it s a very nice and trustable one.

What happened Willow Street, our old family staple? Soggy calamari drenched in diced garlic from a jar! Cobb salad with the worst lettuce stems, almost no leafy nice parts. Cold bread? Not even our own olive oil with fresh pepper to dip, but a pre-mixed oil and vinegar nightmare. Lost us for good.

We had a wonderful experience in this restaurant. We liked the nice ambiance and the menu. The waiters were very friendly. I am happy we eventually decided to eat here.

This place is the biggest rip off around order a pepperoni pizza and get six pieces of pepperoni on a whole entire pizza. Food takes forever to come and the customer service is horrible. The food has so much salt in it and milk and cream that it s almost not edible. The amount of food that you get for the price is not nearly as much as most of the other restaurants in town. Never again for this rip off place.

The salmon was not great... didn't even look good. The pizza looked much better.

Pizza is amazing, and the place is great for families with kids. Slightly upscale from typical pizza joints, with a menu that offers more than pizza. We love it and will return.

Food was fantastic as usual, but the service was extremely slow/inattentive, had to ask for things like water, menus ect multiple times, not the usual experience!

Come here all the time, works great for families, lots of options, big dining room and outdoor seating when it's nice outside. Can be kind of slow during peak hours so I wouldn't recommend if you're going for a quick bite.

Service was very good and the food was delicious, but when I went there 2 months ago, the Willowburger was $10.50. Now it is $18! Tastes the same and you get less fries, but that, my friend, is a huge increase! Took friends there last night, but if it were just my wife and me, I would have left. No drinks and it still cost $60.00 before tip.

Pleasant, casual environment. The tortilla soup was great. And we could hear each other! Enjoyed the evening.

This is a fantastic place for kids. The kids menu is truly a kids menu with real food. They have a cool rewards program too. It does get way crowded so call ahead and get on the list. No reservations though.

Good food. Everything is delivered pretty quickly but lately the servers have been very aloof when serving my parties. The last two people didn't seem happy to be there.

The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. Our server even had a new person training with her and they both did a great job taking care of us. I do recommend going a little early, as they have quite a dinner rush.

great restaurant i like both sites here and in willow glen. wonderful service. good food and great place to visit after the farmers market on Sunday. vegetarian friendly. dog are allowed outside.

The food was pretty tasty and worth your money. The bathrooms are clean and food comes out quick. However the day I went, the service was not that prompt even though there were only a couple other tables besides ours.

I love this place . Good staff, good pizzas, good drinks , good atmosphere. This place definitely checks all the boxes which is why it gets five stars in my book. After a long day of riding my bike in the mountains around the surrounding area. This place is where I come to enjoy myself and unwind

Most of our meals were decent, but one pizza was grossly undercooked and doughy to the point it half of it wasn t really edible. Hey The two guys that were sharing the pizza were HUNGRY and still couldn t finish it.
The wait staff checked back to see if everything was okay before they had a chance to try it so we couldn t let them know until everyone else was finished. We let the service staff know that it really was not edible and they said they brought it to management, but did not do anything to remediate the situation, so we ended up having to buy another meal for them at a different establishment. The rest of us had decent meals, but we were disappointed with how management dealt with the situation. Paying $18.50 for a bad pizza isn t anywhere near worth it.

Great food, but the menu selection is a bit lmited. For example, although they have dinner salads I can't get a small salad with my non-salad dinner. Instead I got some lightly cooked carrots with the half chicken. Was good but would have been better with an uncooked veggitable like a side salad.

Great experience. Had the Lunch specials are "right on" - individual size Italian pizza and salad. Service prompt and cordial. Good ambience and comfortable. There is a liquor bar if you are so inclined. Recommend it.

Willow Burger is one of the best burgers around. Garlic fries are as good as it gets. Always a nice afternoon or dinner spot.

I normally order their thin crust pizza but this time I tried the prawn pasta dish,it was delicious!

Ordered 2 Rigatoni dinners via Door Dash. It tasted alright, however, there were WAY too many red peppers that were still connected, because someone used a dull knife. The sauce was too thin, and there was hardly any cheese on top. Not only this, there were no napkins or plastic utensils in the bag.

It was NOT worth the $49.60 we paid.

Not ordering from there again.
