I received 5-star service from Amid and his team. Professional and neat installation. My system went into battery protection mode during loadshedding and once electricity came on at 20:30, mine dis not come on as I was unaware of this protection mode. I called Amid at 21:00, he answered immediately and guided me through the process to re-set. Not many business will assist after hours. I did not know about this because I was not at home when they installed to explain to me. Excellent service.
