The installers were very polite and knowledgeable. They made sure everything was working and spent time reviewing the system with me and made sure I understood everything about it before they left. I highly recommend them.

Purchased a solar pool system in 2016 and has been leaking almost the whole time.I get people out here after a month ,they plug the leak and charge me Just to have another one after days.they came yesterday again to check and confirm what I already know and left with 80 dollars....didn t fix anything again!.They told me they don t do business with that supplier because of problems but I am stuck with it and them avoiding responsibility of what they sold their client!They told me it can t be fixed and can t get the parts....Have spend over 5k so far ,I have the system closed and isolated and still leaking...I am with buckets...talking to a lawyer..you shouldn t of hang up on me!And don t blame your employees!!!!Its your responsibility!The one star is for your employees busting their butts with bad management!

This company was very thorough. They explained all aspects of the install & their installation staff left my home , neat and clean. I m looking forward to the dilate experience.
They installed a large solar attic fan which works great.
We liked their sales & service, so we decided to do the entire house. We now have solar panels on our roof & generate enough solar to make our electrical usage from Duke energy nil.

The sales person I spoke to was very nice, patient and knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. The installers were on time and when finished explain the system thoroughly. No mess left behind and everything seem to be working fine. I would recommend this company.

Installation went well. Had leak the next day. I called and the maintenance people were there that afternoon. Replaced faulty valve.
Hope this is a one time thing.

Rob & Caleb did a great job installing the new solar panels for our pool.

New solar panels for my pool were installed. Just panels....not the pipes, etc. The installer was very friendly and competent. I was having issues with the current panels that were ONLY 5 years old. Apparently they were of terrible quality. I knew that after only a few years. I was told by Solar Lights and More they moved away from using the other panels after finding out their quality was terrible... That's a good thing I guess...but it was at my cost. I was the loser. They did do their best to offer a discount due to my being a current customer. These new panels are supposed to last longer. They have a 12 year Warranty ( as opposed to 3 ) and have a higher BTU rating. At 1st glance they appear to be of better quality . In all reality only time will tell. But I have no qualms about Solar Lights and More and would use them for other products.

We bought solar power backup from this company. It was installed. Two or three times a day it turned the house power off, it interfered with the solar panels functioning properly. They sent it back, they wanted us to pay the shipping because the backup system company was having financial problems. We declined. The new one came and did not work out. We are out thousands of dollars.

We purchased a solar pool heater. Installation was fast and installers were fast and informative. They also offered great zero interest financing for 1 year. We have been swimming 3 times weekly since February

I had three solar tubes and one solar attic fan installed. Installation took less than a day and the two installers did a great job. We are extremely pleased with our lights and fan.

Solar Lights & More have always been efficient and pleasant and most helpful in solving any problems we have had with out pool solar system and hot water heater solar system. We can always rely on them.

Called and tried to get warranty service on some solar panels I purchased from them. They won't even allow you to make an appointment. Their reply was "I will e-mail the service department and they will call you." This was a week ago so I called again. She told me to wait until next week to get a call back.

Great company to work with. They installed 3 18 inch solar tubes that made a world of difference in the brightness in the house.

Every person we interacted with was friendly, honest, hardworking and punctual.
The work was done expertly. Felt it was a great value with the specials they were running at the time. We would not hesitated to to hire this company if we needed work done in the future.

Horrible customer service you have to wait for 1 month for service because of busy season.

If you have a waiting period for service about a month. Do you think need to hire more people or don t sell the product if can t service

Solar lights & More were very prompt and responsive to my concerns. Both the estimate and permitting was smooth even in Gainesville. The system was placed in a convenient location with little visual issues. The tech's and installers were very knowledgeable and helpful in adjusting the configuration the system.

I have used Solar Lights & more at 2 homes and over the last 11 years. They only use the TOP equipment and the technicians are always Top-Notch!! I just had a Solar Unit installed on my new home the beginning of December and we swam over the winter, the Grandkids enjoyed it over Christmas and the wife & I were swimming last night!! Thx

The installation crew was kind and courteous. At first we had a slight difference of opinion on how to tie the work into the existing pool equipment. It was quickly resolved and the job was completed in one day.
We had 2 sun tunnels installed as well, and they did a great job on them as well. We're still waiting for the first rain to test the flashings, but we're confident that they were installed correctly. I would recommend the company to friends and neighbors.

The Solar Lights sales rep was knowledgeable and no pressure sales and answered all my questions. The install team was timely and efficient as well as friendly and helpful. After install when I had a slight leak from a connection they were fast to fix it the same day. Good customer service!

Run away, run away! System installed two years ago - counting the one leak fixed during the one year warranty period, there have been 5 leaks at a cost of about $150 each to repair. Am now in my third week of trying to speak to a manager who is either never there or unwilling to return phone calls. Had a FAFCO system in Miami 30+ years ago and it was great - not so anymore. On their site, all the reviews are 5 star - your review has to be approved to be posted - tells you a lot. Update - now into week four of trying to speak with a manager/owner.

Everything was explained, installation was pretty much on the timeline they projected. Workers did a good job installing and cleaning up after themselves. We had quite a bit of cloudy weather in late December and January, but so far it looks like even under those conditions my electric bill was about 1/4 of what it had been in the previous year. I enjoy watching output on the software ! Solar attic fan seems to be working well too !

Very professional and easy to work with. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. We had to postpone our installation and the office staff was easy to work with on alternate dates. The installation team was very thorough and neat. They were extremely courteous and the site where they worked was clean after they finished. Prior to leaving they explained everything in detail and provided us operating manuals as well as easy to follow answer to questions. We are very pleased with their professionalism and service.

Installed 2-18", 1-14" & 1-10" Solar Tubes. Very impressed with the sales and recommendations we received. Installation was as scheduled and arrived on time and a breeze and we are very happy with our decision. What a difference these made. ?Now I have to keep from turning the light switch on thinking I'm turning off the lights there is so much light in our laundry and bathroom.

I love my solar pool heater. Installed it 12 Years ago and have had no issues and it works great. Since then I have added a solar attic fan, hot water heater and a solar light for the kitchen. All is great.

Price was better than others, installation done well, and right. They connected solar to our existing controls with no issues.

I originally had panels installed for my family pool approximately seven years ago. Off and on I encountered some snafus, (leaks in the panels). Learned quickly that you must winterize the system, so you don't wind up with problems in the summer. Although my relationship with this company was rocky at first, they have reedemed themselves. Dennis the senior tech, worked with an issue that I had with 3 of my panels. They replaced all 3 panels under warrenty and only charged me for the labor. I would recommend the system to anyone who would like to extend the use of the pool. Very customer friendly, Hollie who works at the desk always tries to resolve the issues with the customers on the phone. So if you are looking to install a solar system for your home go no where else but Ocala Solar Lights & More.

Solar lights and more is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY!!! They're all smiles when you buy there panels but as soon when things start breaking they charge you for everything! Mind you that we've only had these panels for less than 2 years. One of the panels has a leak, they charge us $150 to come out to fix the problem; which almost 2 weeks for someone to come out. Then 3 months later the same panel in the same area is leaking again and they inform us that its an additional $69 to have someone come out plus an additional $80 per hour. All because they didn't fix the problem the first time due to their defective product!! I ask you how is this best for the customer? It isn't!! Buyer BEWARE!!!

I just had my solar pool heating system installed yesterday (9/27/17). My pool was around 77 degrees prior to the installation. Solar Lights finished up around 230pm on the 27th. my pool temperature was up to 80 by the end of the day and when I got home today, on the first full day of the system working (9/28/17) my pool temperature was 89 degrees. I wish I had called them last year!

The company installed the system quickly and everyone was polite and professional. If you are looking for a good Solar contractor, I highly recommend them. Additionally, the solar pool heater is working awesome and my whole family is excited about being able to use our pool for weeks and months to come in the fall. Thank you Solar Lights!

Upgraded because original was 14 years old and would not be cost effective to fix the minor issues cropping up. Now digital with stronger panels. Heats faster and sensors more accurate. I had Solar Lights and More install a Tubular Skylight in my guest bathroom. I was at first concerned because it was SO bright and I decided to call the owner to voice my concern. She took time out of her busy schedule to comfort me and she told me that she had faith that I would get used to it. She was 100% right! I just needed to adjust to the newness of it all and now I LOVE IT!! In fact, I loved it SO much, that I had them install another Tubular Skylight in my Master Bathroom too! I would highly recommend this professional company. If you have ever thought that you needed more light in any room-tubular skylights, from Solar Lights & More is definitely your answer!

About three years ago Solar Lights and More installed two solar lights in our house - and what a difference they make! Our previously dark rooms are light and lovely. Two years ago they came back to install a whole-house photo-voltaic system for us. Now we are talking about getting a whole-house solar battery so we are completely safe from power outages. We are fully powered by solar, and it feels great to be living "green"!

Robert and Caleb showed up right on time. They took off the old pool solar heater entirely and replaced it with a brand new system. Our old system starting leaking in multiple places and had to be replaced. I would. Definitely recommend Solar Lights and More if you need a pool solar heater or repair an old one.

The installation went smoothly for our pool. I wasn't to happy that it took over two weeks for someone to come out shortly after install to fix defective hose clamp then another two weeks to come back after that to replace VRU (same issue). Other than that so far so good.

Very pleased with the speed it took for the men to set my panels into place. Unfortunately we had to call them back the next day because of a faulty connections but they were very prompt, took care of the problem and apologized for any inconvenience.

We had an excellent experience with Solar Lights & More. We called for an estimate to install a solar heating system for our pool. They answered our call right away, and the sales representative was prompt, knowledgeable about the product and process, and not pushy at all. When we decided to contract with they, they were able to install the system within 3 weeks. The installers were on-time, neat, finished the install in several hours, and explained the new system thoroughly to us. Our pool is 27 ft x 12 ft, and it is about 5.5 ft at the deepest end. With the new system our pool temperature went from 68 degrees to 86 degrees in 4 days. We did purchase a solar blanket for the pool, and this seems to help maintain the water temperature with little heat loss during the night. We are very satisfied with our purchase, and highly recommend Solar Lights & More.

Sales staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, even coming up with options I hadn't thought of. We have solar lights and a soar panel hot water heater and love them! The lights completely changed the middle of our house from dark to warm and open. We continue to see electric bill savings from our solar hot water heater.
