Alpine Fitness/Physical Therapy Review

This place is so great! Alpine physical therapy has such an upbeat welcoming staff that makes each appointment so fun to come to. Their facilities are so nice and always clean. I definitely recommend coming to alpine physical therapy.

Alpine Physical Therapy is great! It's not like the other Physical Therapy clinics that set you up with an exercise with 20 other people on the floor and just monitor from afar. They really give you the one-on-one attention to help you heal. In fact, sometimes you'll have 2 or 3 people helping you at one time! I really feel like you get the best results you can by working with them! I would work with them again in a hear beat!

I have a leg condition called Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction and was in a wheelchair for about 7 months. When I was ordering a titanium lifetime wheelchair, my insurance company required that I get a Physical Therapist's signature to prove that I need it. When I met with Paul the Physical Therapist, he wouldn't sign the paper. He told me that I was too young to be stuck in a chair and told me he has complete confidence that he could get me back walking and running again. After months of therapy, I am so happy to say that I am running and jumping (carefully!). I am extremely happy with the compassion and dedication that the employees put into my recovery. They were all very knowledgeable about my pain and what caused it. They have creative techniques and technology that progressed me faster than other clinics probably could. This was also because when you're a patient here, you receive one-on-one care instead of being in a big room with a bunch of other patients.

Note: When you are a patient here, you get a free membership. I loved that, and had a personal trainer guide me through some of the exercises they gave me. I felt so loved here!

Alpine Physical Therapy is the best clinic I have been to. Most clinics have 3-4 patients per Therapist or assistant. Alpine Physical Therapy is completely different, you have 3-4 therapists or assistants in on your treatment alone. I like that I never felt left alone to do my exercises there was always somebody in teaching me or making sure I was doing okay. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and 100% dedicated to your care. Love this place. Cory is the best trainer I've ever had. He has helped me with everything from weird nerve issues, to old injury pains to surgery recovery. Everyone here is helpful and friendly. The gym is second to none. I love the 24-hour access, and the fact that they limit the number of memberships so it's never packed.

Alpine Physical Therapy has helped me soooo much. I had neck pain and headaches deriving from weakened bones in my neck from bone cancer which I have recovered from. They helped to strengthen all my muscles in my neck and back so my bone pain is like 80% less. It is so wonderful having more than one person working on you at a time. There were times 2 assistants were giving me neck or back massage. They gave me exercises to do at home and at the gym to continue to strengthen my neck even after therapy has ended. I would definitely recommend Alpine Physical Therapy to my friends and family mostly because of the individualized attention.

My time spent improving my lower back pain at Alpine Physical Therapy was totally satisfying. I worked primarily with Stu Duersch who oversaw each of my hour long sessions. He was most professional and extremely helpful. Alpine is one of the few clinics in Utah that incorporates the Graston Technique. I was noticeably better after the technique was used to help my lower back. The gym upstairs is used to further the recovery experience. Both the clinic and the gym are extremely clean and well kept. Stu suggested several helpful exercises which I have been able to do at home. The personal attention I received has speeded my recovery from extreme back pain. I heartily recommend Alpine Physical Therapy to anyone looking for a positive physical therapy approach.
