The only thing worth rescuing is the very kind treatment of Edson, who was attentive to us and made us feel very good.
The stuffed potato was decent, the chicken chili lasagna was very salty, the chaufa had little meat, just rice, but the desserts were delicious. The truth is, if it weren't for Edson's kind treatment, we would have left very angry.

Our plane was delayed and we missed our night stay here but we were kindly accommodated for the daytime the next day (as we awaited our homeward flight). Breakfast was excellent. Staff were lovely

The girl who worked in the restaurant had the rudest attitude! The reason? She was mad that we didn't go to the restaurant immediately as soon as we arrived at the hotel. First of all, the gentleman at the front desk told us that the restaurant opens until 11pm, so we could come anytime before that. Secondly, I was really really REALLY sick and needed to rest before eating. How could I eat when I was feeling nauseous? We went to the restaurant at 9.50pm. It was not even close to closing time. What time did we arrive? At 9pm. So really, no matter who your guests are, cash-paying customers or Latam clients whom could not make it to their flight due to unfortunate reasons (not our fault, hence the 'free-hotel'), treat them with respect.
P.S. we had to wait over an hour for the meal we didn't choose, and the drinks came last.
