Its on good condition and very clean. However our air conditioning didn't work in our room. We have a jr suite that in my opinion is a bit overpriced to begin with. When we asked for a different room with AC it was a much smaller room with no discount offered. Because we are on a 4 month motorcycle trip and this is our several day rest stop, we wanted the space to spread out so we chose to stay in our suite with no AC. We asked for a fan, which I was told they would bring one to our room, but never did.
For the price, I would think the service would be better.
Breakfast was really good.

I never used its facilities, since I attended a convention at its convention center, which dazzled me. So if you have a large meeting center, you must have its spectacular rooms. I went through the hall and it looked luxurious and expensive, but it will be worth it.

Only problem the lady's bathroom, very few for both public

Very nice and luxurious place. I attended an entel conference, it was very comfortable and at the same time ample. In addition, the coffe break area was, also, very comfortable. On the other hand, the staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help you by giving you the directions.

Hotel that has two incomes, 1 by San Martin Street and the other by the passage. It has a reception and a large waiting room. The kind attention I went to the classrooms, I think they could improve it. The stairs are very narrow.

For work I always stay at this hotel, it has comfortable rooms, a gym with panoramic views, its location allows Miraflores to walk without problem and the staff is excellent.
