Great place to get some shoes or boots. Very large variety of all types of footwear young and old. Great prices compared to other businesses.

On a recent visit with my mother, I had a salesperson who was very knowledgeable and attentive; my mother's salesperson was aloof and seemed bored. Prices are a tad high but they have good sales and a great selection of footwear. They will order items for you if your size is unavailable.

Wwnt in not knowing what i wanted. The lady there was able to easily help me find what i needed for my feet and my high arches in a price that i could afford. She was insanely knowledgeable about work boots and insoles. Im a plumber in new construction phases and my feet are already thanking Joe Kings and the woman that helped me.

They have a great selection of shoes. I went looking for some running shoes but needed them on the cheap. I went into the bargain basement and found a pair of suitable running shoes normally over $100 after several discounts cost me just under 50. Very happy with them.

Staff there this morning had no clue. Were expert at avoiding eye contact and none of the (unoccupied) staff of 4 offered any help. I left after standing there for 5 minutes, while 2 of them were discussing their lunch order. Amazon next...

Wonderful selection - fantastic customer service. On a trip to NH from TX, I purchased a pair of beautiful wedge sandals from Joe King's in Concord. The staff was helpful and friendly - and I was thrilled with my new shoes. However, after 6 or 7 wears, I found that the rubber sole on the bottom of the sandal was coming away from the cork wedge. Disappointed, and a little concerned about my options since I live in Texas, I contacted the store and spoke with a delightful manager (Sam) who provided me with several options and ultimately agreed to send me a replacement pair of shoes AT NO CHARGE to me. I love to shop small retailers and am thrilled to have confirmation, yet again, of one of the many reasons to do so. All the way from TX, thank you to Joe King's and to Sam! I have many friends and family still in NH - and will certainly be sending them your way.

This place is by far, the greatest shoe store in the concord area! They were knowledgeable in their brands, answered all my million questions about several shoe styles, and even opened my eyes to a shoe I never really thought about. I wish I could remember the little brunette that helped me out, she was wonderful. Would highly recommend!

Great selection of shoes and boots. The staff were extremely friendly and I had 2 people (in different areas of the store) try to assist me during my 10 minute visit to look around. Overall I found it a little expensive but they have great brands and the prices are fair for what you get. They had an awesome sale down stairs too that almost tempted me to buy some of the wicked nice boots they have there.

I wish I could give 4.75 stars instead of 4, the only lost star is because I didn't see a very diverse selection of pricing, that being said I was only there for about 20 mins or so. If you have a few dollars and want wicked helpful associates to help you check this place out!

Great service, was able to get the exact model I was looking for at a great price.

I have wide feet and needed a work boot with a steel toe. I tried a couple of other stores, but their boots didn't fit right. The boot from JK was perfect. When I got home, I went on-line to find out how much I paid for personal service and a good fit. SURPRISE. I had a $10 coupon for JK, and with the coupon it was less than on-line! I forgot to bring my coupon, but they found one for me at checkout. I vote for local stores.

Very disappointed. I came in to get some help after the pair of keens I had bought from them less than a year ago were already completely worn out to the point that there were holes completely through the bottoms of them. The guy I had talked to probably couldn't have cared less, and quickly brushed off my issue by claiming that it was normal wear and tear and then leaving me in favor of another customer. After an experience like that, I'll probably neither buy from there or recommend them to anyone. What's the point of buying local from a place like them if their customer service is terrible? If they don't want to stand by any of the products that they sell, then I'd happily buy the same product for cheaper at one of the major online retailers instead.

The staff is very Knowledgeable little pricey but a great experience.

Excellent service and selection, staff knowledgeable about the products and obviously wear the shoes they sell. Good selection especially for someone like me who takes size 13 or 14 men's shoes that are not normally stocked at other stores.

Best place to find work boots! Basement sale is always great! The lady who helped us,was awesome,she found what we wanted in matter of minutes! Awesome customer service!!

One of the best Main St sores in the state of New Hampshire. A selection of sneakers and apparel unlike any store I have visited. If you are in Concord make sure to stop by Joe Kings. Concord NH. The best Main St shopping in NH!

Very friendly helpful staff and I was shocked they had the brand and sized shoe in stock and for a better price than Amazon had them for.

This store is shameful! Family owned that have allowed drug using employees, racial discrimination and the last issue; allowing bullying at work by their so called managers. Instead of dealing with the problem they fire the person being subjected. That manager is a poor excuse of a role model. All the staff knows this is going on, the owners have been notified over and over and nothing is done. Will never recommend this store.

Joe King's has a great (huge) selection for all seasons. The wait staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you live out of town, make the trip and visit one of the best shoe stores!

Great selection on everything prices are spot on little pricey on somethings but quality is what u pay for so in the end well worth it also dont forget they have a downstairs with clearance and a plethora of selections.....always will highly recommend Joe Kings ...

I went in yesterday with my two kids and I was so impressed. The associates were helpful and personable. One woman in particular was very patient and helpful with my busy kids. Highly recommend!!

Decent place to get hiking shoes sneakers etc I think little pricey .

Went to Joe Kings in search of a gift for my dad. Carhart brand stuff in particular. They had a whole rack of stuff that was even marked down a few bucks. I found everything I was looking for at a bargain price! Can't beat that.

Nice high end shoes. Many different styles, a great selection of shoes, a very poor selection of sizes. I needed a pair of black ankle boots for a party. I wanted to buy local. I was not picky as what I needed was pretty basic there were about 10 pairs that would fit my needs and they did not have a single pair of ankle boots in my pretty average size. While the selection is great, I find that more often than not they do not have my size.

A quality store with a hometown feel that not only provides a quality product but also stands by it. I had an issue with a keen boot. A defect above normal wear and tear...that happened 6 months after the purchase. They quickly and with minimal questioning stood by their product and replaced it. You dont get service from big box stores or Amazon like that. You get it at joe kings.

I bought a pair of Dankos sandals and clogs as well. The clogs are perfect! However, the sandals are not. I went to return them and I was really disappointed when the RUDE girl at the register said I couldn't return them and she said I was lying about the discomfort I was experiencing. I wore them to work one day!
My foot was slipping on the right one. It was causing me to twist my ankle. The velcro strap kept coming undone. I was irate. She asked me to prove it and to show her. She said I should have worn them on a carpet to test them out. Well, I have hardwood floors. I told her why when I saw shoes in the clearance section down stairs used! She said I was lying about that too! She not only disrespected me, she embarrassed me in the store! I was even willing to exchange them.
My whole family shop's at your store, as well as I...I live in Concord for my whole life. and unfortunately, I won't be in the future. Because of the high cost I paid, I'm wearing them with black tape to hold the strap on and had to out a rubber piece to hold my foot from slipping.
Things happen and there's also circumstances that should be considered.

Seriously Disappointed Customer.

We purchase most of our footwear here for ourselves and our grandkids. Quality stuff, good selection of appropriate outdoor gear for New Hampshire.

They have the largest selection of men's, women's, and kids shoes. They also have clothes for outdoors as well. It is a great service.

I was looking for hiking boots/shoes. When they didn't fit the sales person told me to try them without the insole to "break them in" because I wouldn't be able to find a pair that fits right.

I bought a Patagonia hat with a bear on it for $29. I like it. I feel like a BOSS now!

Used to only buy my footwear here, but the past few years it has certainly gone way downhill. Poor management has plagued this place it seems, rude and inattentive staff and management. Shop somewhere else!

You are not going to find ANYTHING cheaply made in this beautiful store where they offer several floor levels to choose from. Give yourself time to truly look as they have a huge selection of All top end brands and probably stock every color and size.. Make sure you go to the clearance room in basement.....they say Clearance room but looks like another whole store of merchandise to me. And they carry Mens size 16 footwear! Its so difficult to find comfortable shoes for my giant teen/adult sons (6'3"+ and 310ish #'s) that will put up to abuse they dish out but their huge selection should more cover all the bases. And friendly Covid compliant sales staff you know are smiling back at you. Great shopping experience again

Better then chain stores. Bargain basement always has great buys at better then internet prices.

If you need new shoes for anyone bin your family from youngest to oldest, this is the place to go. Well stocked and many brands are carried.

Joe King's has impressive inventory with all the high end brands you cannot find locally otherwise. Over the years I have given opportunity time and again for them to reseem themselves and it keeps getting worse. Their employees are all highschool students and some are good but quite often they're too busy chatting each other up. I've had the door locked in my face with the store closing in 20 min because "it's St Pattys day and the rest of the store is waiting at the bar". Tell me a lie but not that! Another time I was buying 3 pairs of shoes, all well over $100 and told the man helping me what my needs were. I had decided on one and on to look for the next and looked around for the young man and was informed his shift was over and he left. Really? In the middle of a $400+ sale? I left. There are more things that are just not the way business ahould be done and it's a bummer because I do all I can to shop local. Now I travel 40min to Nashua to Alec's.

Went to get some nice sneakers for my wife. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Until this afternoon, I was in the market for a new pair of running shoes. I realized it had been several years, a wedding and a baby since I bought new running shoes. The sales professional brought out all three styles in the brand I was interested in, and then three comparable styles in other brands. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, I m certain I wouldn t have had that level of service at a mall chain store. Really happy with my new runners, highly recommend Joe King s.

Some people pack an extra bag to carry back shoes from Milan - for me it's Concord New Hampshire, thanks to Joe King's. I've never been into Joe's without buying something, usually on-sale (thanks discount basement!) and always with proactive help from their friendly staff. Shops like this are a rare find!

Pricy...good selection of good quality shoes...loved a few..but didn't want to pay the full price, as I'm always looking for a good buy.

Awesome customer service. Always get my sneakers there. Once when the sole started to disintegrate almost 2 months later, they notified the manufacturer and ordered me another pair, all free of charge. Very friendly and curteous

Love Joe Kings. Great location great shoes. We have such a hard time finding shoes for our son (toddler wide feet). They always carry the correct shoes and the staff is always polite and nice. The prices are slightly high but you get what you pay for.
