Really comfortable hotel. It's pricey but the rooms are worth. I would eat there if need since the service it's a bit slow. In the heart of Miraflores district.

The truth is that I only went for an exhibition of a specialty. I found the rooms very good in acoustics and lighting. Very good also the service at halftime.

Bad treatment, after staying in that hotel for having lost a flight in latam, at the time of checking out, they forced me to pay for a dryer in the room that was damaged which I never used and I did not even take it out of the bag since I am a man and above bald ... !! And I received the bad treatment of the receptionist and his supervisor, terrible service ...!

Very good hotel with good service, well located, spacious rooms. The breakfast with little variety, is not bad but poor. The excessively expensive taxi agreement. The same route cost 60 soles with them v / s 15 a running taxi.

I booked and payed for 2 nights online , missed a connection flight and didn t make it to Lima on time . Basically a arrived 4 days late, they didn t offer any discount and wanted me to pay all over again. Bad customer service. It s not situated it the best area.
