Beds are comfy, my room was a bit musky, definitely not a 5 star. Restaurant has slowest service ever, better ordering food to room from outside sources because it seems like whoever was making the food, was growing it too.

Good Hotel but check in is bureaucratic and with a security deposit

It is very nice and quiet, its staff gives you a very good service, and transmits confidence and security.

The driver who caught me at the airport left me by mistake at this hotel and left. And they gave me all the support to go to my place of event, 15 km away, it was already 1h in the morning. very polite staff! Congratulations.

The award committee of the Chamber of Business Commerce chose this place to develop the 2019 ceremony. It is a fairly spacious and beautifully decorated place, very friendly service and very comfortable place. I can also add a positive comment to the food and desserts that were served as it was very pleasant. Regarding the location, it is close to one of the best-known parks in Miraflores, so this is not an inconvenience. Excellent!!

I was in a conference, good atmosphere, good service, good location.

The beds are comfortable and the service in general are friendly but the food leaves a lot to be desired, it does not taste good, they also gave us sour milk in the buffete and the ceviche with huge pieces without marinating completely.

Incredible a wonderful graduation afternoon, its magnificent facilities

I m not sure how Peru does it s star rating for hotels, but this hotel is a max a 3 star. Yes the beds were a bit comfy but in my room it kind of smelled a bit. Main reason this gets a one star is because of the restaurant, waited for more than one hour just to get a salad, waited about 30 more minutes and we didn t get our main meal so we left. Honestly would rather pay less at a different place that has less amenities and just order pizza or something.
