It was the best 3 days in a hospital ever.
Everyone was fantastic.

The staff was extremely helpful and caring. I couldn t have asked for better nurses to help me through my stay.

Worst place to come staff is rude. Make people wait for hours even if they are dieing. Would not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience with the surgery team and staff. During my overnight stay they let me rest and not come in every hour. Very clean nice facility.

Last year I was in the maternity ward having my son and the whole staff was wonderful and took great care of me and my family, here recently I was in the emergency room and the staff down there was amazing and took great care of me, they also had me brought back quickly and taken care of in just a couple of hour and I was out of there and on my way home.

wow I was in and out pretty fast. they didn't send me home pain free but got me heading into the right direction.

I came in with an emergency and every one was attentive. I would recommend spin.

Rude staff and doctor treated me like I was crazy or something .

I was there to usher in Christmas day, but was treated very well by all the staff. It made my concerns easier to handle. My diagnosis was not really made clear to me, but the doctor took all the right precautions and when I saw my own doctor I was able to get a concise answer and further action was taken. My Nurse Tori was so nice, she really made the experience easier. Everyone was really good to me. The ultrasound tech was amazing. We laughed and made the whole thing a little bit easier. We celebrated Christmas with laughter. Thank you all so much.

TERRIBLE ER! Doctors don't listen to you and only want to get you out of the ER as soon as they possibly can. NEVER going back.

I had a neck injury and the physician who treated me was thorough and helpful. They helped me to obtain relief , and I am beginning to feel better. The nurses were very efficient and listened. The paperwork was easy to comprehend and was also helpful. Thank you.

Horrible!!!! My mom only needed her knee drained from fluid buildup.... she went in dec. 22 and here we are dec 26.... smh! Horrible hospital! Stay away!!!

Great hospital, not, put my grandma on blood thinners when she had bleeding on her brain. My grandpa was dying and they let him sit in his own filth for who knows how many hours. I came in with a bad skin issue, they treated me like the plague and gave me no help whatsoever, had me out of the hospital within minutes and chsrged me out the ass for doing nothing.

Outstanding care from Emergency room and Surgery team and nursing staff. Dr. Nicholas McKenzie was very knowledgeable, kind, made us feel at ease, very thorough and enthusiastic, incredible surgeon. Everyone at Soin was polite, professional, and very caring and compassionate. Excellent facilities and very clean and modern. A+++ Thank you for all that you do!

I visited the ER at Soin Medical Center and they made me feel comfortable. The staff was very friendly and kept me informed on what was expected. This was my first time here and the paperwork process was easy. They came to you and completed everything on the computer to include the pharmacy technician in case I needed medicine.

In emergency nurse was rude asking us what do you want. We said we hadn't seen doctor or a nurse after we got here. Nurse said they were waiting on results of CT. It would take 45 minutes,then doctor would be in in abut hour and a half after that.

Had our second child here and it was an amazing experience!! From the time we entered, the labor and delivery nurses were upbeat, friendly, and quick to get my wife ready for the c-section. The doctor and anesthesiologist both came in before hand to check and make sure we were good. Surgery went perfect! After the surgery, daughter had to spend some time in special baby and we couldn't ask for a better nursing staff. From the second she came out, the nurse's were have on getting her breathing regulated and sugars under control. They kept us apprised the entire time and we were able to see her as much as we wanted, even hooked up. The staff took great care of my wife while in recovery and every person, ( doctors, nurses, techs, Chaplin's, nutritionist) that left her room always asked if they could get us anything or make us more comfortable. Highly recommend them!!

I knew it was busy... need the nurses to truly understand how to do an iv stick. Was stuck 3 times.
Just felt that we could have been in /out a little quicker...

If you are looking for a hospital that is breast feeding friendly, and welcomes what you want in a birth plan then come here! We opted to choose a midwife with our 5th, and have as natural of a childbirth as we could. The staff in the labor/delivery are exceptional!

The atmosphere is very laid back and they let you control how fast or slow that you want to go. We can't thank you enough for welcoming in our new baby! I highly recommended this hospital if you're looking for an attentive staff and a place that you can feel comfortable.

My doctor had recommended me to travel about 30 minutes to Soin due to a very serious infection. After checking in through ER, I sat in the waiting room for a little over an hour. Was sorta bothered that an RN came and drew blood from me and started an IV right there in the waiting room. I'm like who does this. Once back in a room, things seemed to go a little better. However, I had to go for a CT, the girl who took me back left and went in the area to take pictures, while this young man comes to let me know what i needed to do. He did not try at all to help me from one bed to the CT. He just kind of stood off to the side waiting on me to move. Did I mention that I had been given a shot of Fentanyl right before going for the CT? Long story short, I was told basically where the infection started and given some IV antibiotics, followed by another shot of Fentanyl due to the pain. Around 10pm, I was told by my nurse Torie, that I was being discharged. She came and read everything to me, had me sign the paperwork and told me I was free to go. Keep in mind, I had to get dressed while having two shots of fentanyl in my system, and had to go to the bathroom. I could hardly stand on my own If it wasn't for the fact that my friend had came in to pick me up, that could have been a tragic situation. For my first time going to Soin, I was not that impressed.

I was in extensive pain and they helped me and did a CScan. Tristan was the BEST!!!

I have never had an unpleasant experience in your ER or as an inpatient in your Medical Center. My family and I travel from Springfield Ohio to Soin. Springfield Regional ER and the Radiologists always misdiagnose patients and misread x-rays. Gloria Myers

Excellent care during my 1 night stay after full knee replacement surgery.
Everyone was kind and very helpful.

I would give 0 stars if I could my grandpa was in here after he had a stroke horrible service I said up at the front desk make sure he dosen'tfall out of bed and they said if he did he wouldn't fall far

Checked in fast. I was seen and on my way quickly. Polite and thorough staff. I felt that I was taken care of.

Had neck surgery my stay was incredible. All the nurses and doctor's constantly checking on me was much appreciated.

Everything was pretty good. But, they sent me home without the supplies I needed to dress the wound. Home healthcare has to order it. Could take up to ten days. Not good for health of wound.

Ask other medical centers to make air scrubbers 4 the public

All the nurses and doctors where amazing and very helpful. They explained everything that was going on so I could understand. Wouldnt go anywhere else from now on. Big thanks to all the staff there.

Excellence at it's finest. So blessed, customer service top notched. So grateful to be able to be taken care of with smiles and sincere care. We heard over and over again their genuine concern. From the front door to the front desk to each and every attendant and Dr. So thankful!!

Theresa and Jake on the 5th floor mafe my stay wonderful. They both came to me when i would use the call light. They were always there wjen you needed them. They were pleasant. You need more people like them.

I came to pick up my wife after surgery as directed. I wandered around like I was invisible and no one offered any help. After waiting around about twenty minutes I asked someone what happened to Rebecca Y. She was sitting behind a screen facing me behind a counter. There was a row of these women. She said "I Don't know." No helpful hints or suggestions. Did I do something wrong? Was it not her job or something? Just what was her job? there were no signs explaining or directing anything . My wife had been waiting inside still in the bed all this time. Finally a man in scrubs helped me out. I had two other people waiting outside. I take my wife surgery very serious.

Soin Medical is stellar. From the moment I arrived in need of so much help, Soin began to offer extraordinary care. I required emergency care, to a week long need of cardiology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and round the clock care from the most amazing nursing staff. Even the nutritional staff and housekeeping were beyond expectations. I was terrified when I arrived. Each and every person who walked through my room door offered expert care. Information, offered to bring any thing I needed. I met these people with a smile everyday earned by how they made me feel encouraged, cared for, and assurance that my life would be whole again. Never have I had an experience of exemplary service like Soin offers. I am healed home happy and grateful to each one of you beyond words. My name is Denise Baldwin.

We have adopted 2 babies through this hospital in the last 4 years. The entire staff both times has been amazing. They treated us as if we were the ones having the baby, made us feel welcome, and answered every question. One of the post partum nurses (Susan) went above and beyond to make my wife feel comfortable as did the other nurses. Serena the social worker was very helpful aIs well. If we lived here, this would definitely be the hospital that we would choose. Thank you again everyone at Soin.

They triaged me quickly and got me back to a sitting room where they spoke with me about my issues before making a decision, sending my scripts to the pharmacy and sending me on my way back home. I was there for only an hour. Much more efficient and saves on bed space.

I went to the ED with severe l lower quadrant abdominal pain. My husband and son accompanied me. They took me back, within 15 min, got my IV started and gave me some pain medicine, which didn't touch the pain which was 10/10. Then they medicated me again before going to CT scan with the same meds. Again it did nothing. When I came back from CT scan, i asked the doctor to try something else because the pain was still 10/10. He ordered Toradol and Phenergan and within 10 min, the pain was 2/10. It turned out I had a urethral kidney stone. With my d/c instructions I received a referral to a urologist and some scripts for pain and nausea meds. I was very pleased with my care. I recommend

I was in Soin for three nights on the fifth floor. The nurses, aides, all staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Soin handled my ER visit quickly and efficiently. My only wait was the CT scan and bloodwork results to be returned and read, which was completed very quickly. My diagnosis and treatment plan was made immediately and was thoroughly presented to me so I could go home. All staff members were professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. I was very comfortable throughout my visit, with someone checking in with me frequently. I was very pleased with every aspect of the care I received from check-in to discharge. I have visited Soin ER previously and the care several years ago was of the exact same quality. I would HIGHLY recommend Soin ER in any emergency. Thsnk you Soin ER staff!

Great care great doctors and nurses had great experiences

I have always found the staff at Soin to be very professional and personable. I feel like a real person to when there, not a number or stat. Everyone is friendly and supportive and willing to answer questions.

Great facility, great staff, everyone was very professional, courteous, and friendly. I felt if I was sick enough to be in a hospital, Soin was the one I want to be in.

I had a total knee replacement and I was TERRIFIED! But from the time I walked through the door at Sion Medical Center, the staff and volunteers made me feel safe and reassured. I'm three days out of surgery and I'm writing online reviews . Also, they use some Protocol That requires you to drink gator aide, starting three days before the surgery and a really helps. I had no nausea and or vomiting after the surgery! Sion Medical Center; Joint Replacement Center; comes highly recommend. And I'm at home already Recuperating!

Everyone was very professional and friendly and knew their job at hand and did it with a smile I think they had mask on I got to see the doctor for 4 minutes so MA little disappointed in that his PA assistant came in for my discharge . But like I said everyone was very kind and professional

I went to Kettering first and it was a super super Looonnggg wait at the E.R......So I went to Soin Medical. When I was initially sent to hospital by my Dr's assistant due to high blood and high sugar I was aggravated. Thanks to my super care team my experience was great! I really felt like they really cared and came in frequently to check and do all the test and pokes but was very patient. Thanks 100%

Had my son here it was sooo much better than when i had my daughter at miami valley and i constantly seen the same nurses and actually seen and met the drs that were gona deliver my son early in my pregnancy where as at miami valley, My "doctor" came in for 2 minutes after i had my daughter and walked out i had never met him before those few minutes and never seen him after. Plus they put my IUD in wrong and tried to make me wait 6 months to get me in to have it removed. Soin is ten times better!! Still go there for everything and my sons now 1.

Wonderful hospital!! Everyone is professional, explains diagnosis where it's easy to understand. Answers all questions and concerns. Clean and takes proper precautions when necessary. Medical personnel are knowledgeable and efficient. Five star hospital as far as I'm concerned!!

I gave birth there july 14th and it was a great experience! All of my nurses were great! They continously checked up on me and got me and baby what we needed! I wish I would have had all of my children here!

I've been to the er several times, and the nurses and doctors have been fantastic!!

Worst outpatient experience.
First time came with my wife for her appointment. After the nurse finished her check routine, we waited in the room for The Doctor for more than ONE HOUR. No doctor! By the time we informed the receptionist that we could no longer wait, there was still no sight of this doctor.

Thanks for saving my life . Soon is a wonderful place

Has been my hospital of choice for some time due to the excellent facilities & service by super friendly & knowledgeable, caring people.

This was my first time being at Soin. I had to have a complete hip replacement surgery. I was treated very through whole experience. I would tell everyone that I know about how well I was treated.

I had two surgical procedures done recently at Soin and I honestly say that everyone I came in contact with was absolutely a pleasure. From scheduling, arrival, procedure, recovery and departure everyone was courteous, proactive, professional and friendly.

Emergency department was quick at registering me but the staff was unprofessional in their knowledge of my medical problem.

The night time ER doctor is incompetent and abusive, especially when dealing with ANYONE in mental distress.

He forced me to publicaly strip naked. It was humiliating and dehumanizing. He made me feel violated as he sneered up and down my body.

I'll never go to this hospital again. I've heard many similar horror stories from people who have been abused at this facility.

I received fantastic care from all the people at Soin Medical Center! So thankful for their care. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of medical assistance!

My wife was recently hospitalized at Soin Medical Center for two weeks, ten days of which were in ICU, seven days on a ventilator. She received outstanding care from the emergency room right through to release to a rehab facility. I would highly recommend Soin Medical Center.

Over the past couple of years, we have been to two of the other major hospitals in the Dayton area. Both were TERRIBLE experiences. Our visit to Soin Medical Center yesterday was beyond our expectations. From the time we stepped into the ER until the time we checked out, we couldn't be more pleased. First, our nurse was exceptional. Very calming, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kept us abreast of what was happening each step of the way. The ER physician was very prompt in her response and assessment of the situation. Unlike our other experiences, she rectified the problem in a very short time and with 100% success. Soin Medical Center is top notch in every aspect of their care. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Surgery with an overnight stay. The nurses and assistants were exceptionally caring and concerned about my well being. The facility was clean and my room was comfortable. I would definitely recommend Soin Medical.

My husband was rushed to the ER from work, we had just moved to the area.I was a nervous wreck! Everyone was amazing, from the front desk staff to the volunteer. I know where I will be going any time in the future. Definitely would recommend this Hospital!! I have never felt so informed about what was going on and served snacks while I waited to find out about my husband. Having worked in a hospital myself, this was top notch!!

From the moment I walked into the Emergency Room until the short time I walked to my car, the service was superior. Although my reason for coming to the ER was non-emergent, the kindness, patience, and professionalism in all aspects of my care was exemplary like no other.

Getting discharged from your Hospital is the worst thing, they just want you to have to pay one more day aggravating

Went to the Emergency room at this hospital. Spent less than 1 hour in their care. Bill was $5,330.00. Even though I was not admitted, the charge for the room alone was $2,200. Quite a fee for lying on top of a bed 40 minutes with all my clothes on.

Jimbo was awesome . My six year old loved him . He hates hospitals and drs but when we left said he likes him a lot . He was super fun & constantly tried to cheer my son up .

If it were a life-threatening situation and this was the closest hospital, I'd go. Otherwise, I try to avoid Soin. Had poor treatment here with several family members over several visits.

Went in 10 weeks pregnant very sick and dizzy they kept me there for four hours didn't tell me anything my doctor left nobody told me and my boyfriend anything and they let me go with no medicine or anything this hospital sucks in emergency and they take forever to get to u even if u go in there for the littlest things or even the biggest things I'm in the advanced health care there and don't know if I should stay or go!

Let me tell you... I've been in and out of this hospital several times for well over a month. The staff is impeccable, friendly, caring and comforting. I have never been treated so well at a hospital. And the nurses and assistants just amazing. It's difficult being in the hospital worrying about your health feeling pain and illness is by no means fun. But the nurses truly care and understand. Thank you nurses of Soin Medical for being there for me in the emergency room and cardiac floor.

Awesome people very caring and very polite and always making sure you are comfortable or need anything this is my hospital love it.

Many times I came to this hospital, but I did not get good service! they are very very slow! They just talk to you and advise you to go to visit your doctor!!! :-( If I could give no stars I would.

Awesome, doc sent me to ER due to high blood sugar, everyone in ER was great, after admission same great care from all.
