The product might be great, but the after-service has been the worst. It ended up with me having to spend hundreds of pounds to get spare parts (electronics board) from the USA as it was impossible to reach anyone here via e-mail or phone for close to 6 months. When the part did not work, I was told to send in the unit for review. A further 6 months later, I'm expecting to receive the unit back in the same condition due to the previous owner having replaced the motor and apparently some miscommunication over the charges. So yeah, I've been out of a Softub for 12 months during a pandemic and no assistance or solution whatsoever.
