Sofitel Silom Bangkok Review

Sensational interiors, great views, friendly service, and an infinite pool that is not huge but attractive. It is the best hostel without missing anything. The location is a bit vague, and it is not the best atmosphere to be with your parents or family.

As a hot hotel, it is a pleasant hotel crowded with people of various nationalities. When I stayed, there were more Europeans than Koreans.
Request a welcome drink at the reception and give it to you! And first floor Choco Lab Passion Fruit Gelato! However, I regretted the bad condition of the bathroom in my room. And the rooftop would go somewhere else with that money!

Good food and friendly service. Decor and atmosphere are chic and cool.

There are one of the best night scenes in Thailand! The flashing Lunni Park is accompanied by the surrounding high-rise buildings, with the right rhythm of the DJ, full of Thai-style bartending, is a place where people will want to be drunk and dream of death here.

The room condition is worse than I expected.... Ants keep appearing on the desk.... The bathroom also seems to be aging and not clean. Too bad for your reputation. Personally, I think it's good to go to Sheraton Asoke Station.
The atmosphere of the hotel is untidy. Breakfast seems to suit Korean tastes. The location of the hotel is far away for BTS, so I think it should be considered.

For those of you more interested in a much more... unique hotel experience, So Sofitel is a better fit than Sofitel Sumkhuvit. There are 4 kinds of rooms, the Wood, the Metal, the Earth, and the Water Element. Though the Water Element is more akin of a suite, and the rest normal rooms, and thus the Water Room is more expensive, though it is worth it, with a huge bathtub overlooking the view, it is absolutely stunning. It has a walk-in closet and a bed big enough to accommodate your family. I got the view overlooking Lumpini Park, and I tell you, it is to die for! The food, as expected from Sofitel is de-li-cious. An all-you-can-eat buffet featuring everything from noodles to ice cream, from pancakes smothered with maple syrup to sushi with a side of shoyu.

The view of the infinity pool in Bangkok should be among the top few beautiful. It is really invincible when the weather is good!
The room is very comfortable, the breakfast is rich, and it is close to the MRT station.
I just hope that the epidemic will end soon, and I will definitely come back to Bangkok someday~

The staff are very good. The hotel has a nice interior design bit the rooms have some serious problems when it comes to lighting. The bathrooms are so dark & the lighting controls are so confusing.
The swimming pool area is very old and Not maintained well.

I stayed at the Sofitel So Bangkok in April for my partner's birthday. Great location, the service was sensational and the rooms were immaculate. The club room was terrific and breakfast both at Red Oven and the club were delectable. Big shout out to both Geo and Paul for making our stay so special and thank you for the birthday cake!!

It was a new place and I liked it quite a bit except that it was geographically a little difficult to explain to taxi drivers at once.
Clean. Newest building + new TV (Chromecast). Nice view.
Most of all, the main guests are Korea, France, etc.
There are not many Chinese yet. There is a Korean manager who welcomes me kindly and gives me the necessary explanations.
The MRT is within 5 minutes on foot. BTS is conveniently accessible for free tuk-tuk service.

Everything was good, but because of the location, 4 stars~

This hotel counting as one of the best pool party in town. It s a must to visit!!

A good hotel, right across from Lumphini Park, is a little difficult to find.

We organized my 40th birthday there and our guests really enjoyed it!
Hosting about 45 people, Sofitel So team proposed to privatize an area by the pool with a defined package for both food and beverage. Both of which were really good!
In addition, we had a DJ playing great music the entire time...
Note that the pool area has a view over Lumphini Park! Amazing night! Everyone enjoyed their time there!

The Sofitel So is the place to be in Bangkok. The people are so great! And welcoming! We were first greated by Akira and the whole team, on the 9th floor, then on the executive floor. After that we had a memorable dinner experience at the top floor restaurant.
Every day was a blessing!!!!!

Come to the wedding, delicious food is available. Travel with mrt conveniently.

Wonderful Hotel. All the members are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is one of a kind, it's incredible. The roof bar is a must see. 5 stars.

In the evening, the Red oven restaurant has a poor food supply. Not every one is served to the guests. Even the mango glutinous rice is only about 20 small dishes for the whole restaurant. After the meal, there is no addition. Actually reply finished. Book four, actually pre-empted two seats and replies to the fullbook can not be added. The service arrangement is poor and the food supply is not too good.

A very beautiful house, Yes yes a house because I felt like home for a visit to Bangkok after two years, I thank the welcome and kindness of all the teams, So Natt, So Bim, So Paul , So Kwan, So Nons, So Clement, So Fon, So Lukjan, So Emmy, So Club Manager (So forgot the name so sorry), So Vevina, So Art, So Kung, The So Dj and soooo many more!
The pool is magical, the restaurant fabulous, the bedding a cocoon, the staff a family!

Perfect stay from start to finish! From the moment we walked in the (oversized and awesome) front door it was clear this is an elevated experience.

Rooftop bar is incredible at night, and they upgraded our room (free) to celebrate our honeymoon. Good fitness center, and the themes make for a pleasant atmosphere.

Truly 5 star experience. The view was to die for. The rooftop bar as well. Will definitely be back.

We stayed in many Sofitel hotels, but So Sofitel Bangkok is by far the best. Spacious room, excellent service, Club room, decent size pool and food to die for.

Excellent location next to park, subway, convenient shopping across the street, and far from sky train. Excellent service, best smelling hotel ever (beautiful fragrances are their specialty it seems), awesome view of the park from all spaces and available for half the rooms, very attentive, excellent food. You can't go wrong.

The hotel has an excepcional location for Lumpini Park view. Service is a 5 star. Rooms are modern and confortable. Room service food is a good option. As well as the buffet served on 7th floor. Staff is always trying to solve any issue with high quality service spirit. Pool and gym are great and you can enjoy the view while your workout or just Chilling.

The next trip to Thailand will also be here.
I check out and go to another hotel, so there is a festival nearby and I will not forget the staff who printed the map and explained the directions.

Ugghhhh the pool party on Saturday is soooo fun but seriously lock your stuff up in a locker. I've lost stuff there multiple times.

Attended an event at the ballroom. Disliked their catering service; catering staff give a bad impression of the hotel.
