Sofitel Silom Bangkok Review

Take the elevator higher than the 7th floor, it will be a bit confusing because the elevator must be connected to the other side. Elevator floor press Will not see much because it is all silver

Two Korean staffs resident friendly, the whole concept is a work of designers and suits the sense of young people
Most of the other staff are friendly and serviceable
Top facilities such as swimming pool loop top bar spa
It will be an option that I will never regret.
However, it is a little ambiguous to take a taxi.

very nice hotel, only 4 stars cause my room was not fully cleaned, for instance the free water bottle was already open with half water left, and one pillow was wet.

Front staff could not be more friendly, polite and fabulous like their super chic and unique uniform. Not only their high standard of SO hispitality that you will be surely given but you will notice the little detail on their mindfulness manners and gastures. SO staff promptly services would never disappointed you. When you call zero, they will answer as soon as you release your finger from the telephone button. Housekeeping staff would deliver anything you requested in minutes. Their responses are quicker than you ever expected from other hotels. Beside of the great unique design of rooms and facilities, SO staff are the key to make every stay impressive and unforgettable. You don't have to believe my review here. Experience it yourself!

Reasonably priced, high quality and great location. Three qualities every traveller looks for in a hotel, can be found at the Sofitel Bangkok. Staff are friendly and helpful without being intrusive or fake. The rooms have great views of Lumpini park and the city. The rooms are functionally well designed, with unique styling and character. The food is excellent and the restaurant is beautifully designed. Staying here will be the high point of your trip to Bangkok.

Very nice and personalized service. Warm staff at every level from concierge (amazing khun Pun) to the club level.
Just a pity that the pool is small and gets full quickly.

This is a very cool and chic hotel with a perfect location whether it is for business or leisure. It is in between the shopping district, business and also in front of a beautiful park that feels like New York's central park. The experience is unlike any other hotel, you are seated when you are checking in then the ambassador will approach you to take care of your paperwork while a cool welcome drink is something you need to take photo or video. They have different design of rooms, my personal favorite is the wood element and design is the emphasize of this hotel using French and Thai influence that keeps it balanced. The food is amazing, try the DRUNCH promo every Saturday. And also the Park Society at the top floor that opens for dinner and drinks only from 6 pm. The pool is also located on the top overlooking the park. There is something calm and chic yet well balanced, would definitely recommend. The staff are extremely friendly too.

The location is excellent . Located in the center of Bangkok. Rooms are big and service was good. The lightening is too bright maybe you should save up on electricity for poor Thai people in villages. Do not waste electricity.

Anyway, the buffet on 7 floor wasn't so impressive. I tried dinner once and tried lunch this time. The quality was moderate while the price does not match to the quality. The waiter and waitress are nice with good service mind.

Unfortunately, I didn't stay here so I can't give you any comment about the room and facility.

Went for the wine and cheese night. Be mindful that water is extra. And oh wow the selection of cheeses.

I booked 3 nights between the 9 and the 12 november . At the check out i had some exta drink but i never order that one and you deleted it . But when i get back home i checked my bank accout and i have a extra of 90euros and don't understand why. I tried to send you a email and you nerver replied on it .

Suitable seminar room, good for high ceiling but Felt uncomfortable ..

It s a good 5* hotel, very well designed and located perfectly .However, food is average and breakfast is boring. The thing that upset me the most is staff attitude, very arrogant. It seemed like they are the guests not me. They solved the problem that occurred during my stay quickly and efficiently but front desk representative always interrupted me over the phone conversation. Management definitely must to provide a better training for their staff to demonstrate customer service. Your uniform is classy but your attitude is not

Nice interior. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Wonderful scenery. I am very happy to eat breakfast in a seat overlooking Lumpini Park. The service inside the hotel is also very good. The price/performance ratio is also not bad.

The downside is that the pool is facing north, so it's a bit cold, and there is noise due to road traffic around it.

I would like to married here :) hahah would be next year i love here

Cozy hotel with the great view..... there are 4 type of room..... they call 4 element wich consist of Water (the expensive one I guess), Earth, Wood, and Metal. While I am stay at Metal room. When you arrive at this hotel..... you can chooce whether your lugage will handle by hotel staff at Ground floor or you might direct to 9th floor for check in....

Located on Sathorn Road, near the Thai-Belgian Bridge, Bangkok, this area is opposite to the red light intersection. The amount of parking is moderate. Yes, the service is casual, but is it really another interesting hotel?

Fancy hotel with 'street' style decor. Coffee shop is real nice. Unbelievable selection of made in house chocolates. Coffee is overpriced and mediocre.

Nice hotel. The room is spacious and the view of the Lumphini Park is very nice. The hotel is well located, close to the metro and close to the busy streets. The decoration is very nice.

I stayed in Earth element room. Comfortable and spacious. But control of lightning is confusing. The switches are not labeled. Some lights can only be switched off by turning off the master switch - that means turning off all lights in the room. The bath area is not well lit, that goes for most public area in the hotel. For some reason the hand towels were just taken away after I used them but never replenished. As a whole still a very good hotel with attentive staff.

It was the last hotel I selected during my one week trip to Bangkok.
There was a time delay due to the change of room at check-in, but the bad impression was no longer reflected in the active customer response shown afterwards.
The Lumphini prospect was good as was known.
Infiniti Pool was also narrow, but it did not have any inconvenience because of its length.
There was a lot of guests because it was so popular with Koreans. Because of that, there were two Korean staffs who were very helpful in communicating.
There is also a Neo East and Seven Eleven convenience store, which is just a couple of minutes away from the hotel lobby.

I appreciated the Korean staff who sent me to the end of the last schedule.

True 5* luxury that you simply won't get in the west. The breakfast buffet IMHO amounts to one of the best in the world and is something that you must experience. The service is top notch. As the manager said to us after checkout: "you are always our guest". A must stay for any Bangkok trip.

Hotel very design with clean lines, very quiet and personal care

Luckily the room view was the best because I was assigned to a water room-corner. But the sanitary condition of the bathroom was just like that.
It was frustrating for me to eat breakfast and eat it for the first time. So I take out a star.

The best experience ever ! Everything was perfect. A big thank you to the Signature Lounge team. They were so nice and dedicated. However they should enhance the sound system in the suite because it was a cheap speaker so the sound was bad.

Breakfast is delicious with many kinds of dishes.
Room of SPA was wide, and massage was very good.
Good view from the pool with Lumpini Park in front.
Fitness reception is bad feeling, shower room etc are also slippery and dangerous.
The room is good in design, but maintenance such as water is not done.
When arriving at the hotel, there was no one staff at the reception and it was kept waiting.
