The cockroach was caught in the handle of opening hole of bathtub.
We were not informed that guests who do not want a pool party would be able to use the other hotel pools.
The sanitary condition is a mess.

An amazing hotel, amazing spa treatments.... one issue only.......it is very hard to understand they're english. They do speak english, but the accent is very thick.

Staff was great. Hotel is very luxurious and lots of attention to detail.

Eating dinner was my worst experience in here. I don't belive how come awful the dishes are... Staffs are very kind and View is above the everage. Breakfast is better than dinner but it is not that good.

My husband and I stayed at SO Sofitel Bangkok for 3 nights in December. The staff is great and speaks very good English (if that s something you re worried about), the room was lovely and had a wonderful view, and the breakfast was above and beyond what I expected for a buffet. The location is good for getting around Bangkok.

I had a fantastic time in this hotel.
Great rooms, very spacious, super friendly staff and extremely helpful, delicious and generous breakfast, free mini bar yay, good pool, fun rooftop bar, all great :)
The only bit I did't love was room service, food was OK/average but not great, very expensive but I guess room service is always overpriced-so it's OK. Also, get a room high up to avoid road noise.
Close to train station but it is not near anything, it is in the middle of 3 highways so even if I had a fab time not sure if I would stay there again. xx

Modern hotel Very suitable for modern people. The atmosphere escaped from the hotel that Father had been totally familiar with. Interior decoration, materials, equipment and facilities are all stylish. There is an upper lobby which is both a lobby. And the lobby bar Including the cafe inside On the side overlooking the large garden (Lumphini Park) is very beautiful. The ground floor also has a lobby for meeting and car traffic like a typical hotel. Swimming pool is on the top floor. The restaurant is on the top floor. Food is considered valid Buffet is considered expensive. It is another very modern hotel in Bangkok.

The hotel is beautiful and clean.
My husband and I decided to start our honeymoon trip in Bangkok and spend our 2 first days in this well known hotel.
Sadly enough 800 went missing of my purse ( witch I left on my suitcase) I should of use the safe, I know :(
but as we were on a 5 star hotel didn t think much about it. (Literally this never ever happened to me on many of my travels).
Made the complaint at reception and the manager said he was going to have a look with security team etc. And will call us 1st thing in the morning. ( Bare in my this is our 2 day and we have to be around the hotel and waiting for our call) CALL DINT HAPEND! We came back to the hotel that evening and then we received the call , came down to reception, went to a private room with the manager and security team.
They tell us only one person came in , that was the lady who did our room , she went in the room for 4 minutes and being checked by security team . They didn t found anything. They said we should go to the police the next day miss our flight and do a report so we could get our money back from our insurance in Europe ( as we all know in Europe, cash money can t be insured). We fell like they laughed at us because we were young. And didn t believe or care much and for the incident they offered us a box of chocolates.
We where so disappointed because we worked hard to have a great honeymoon experience and they just didn t care.
People our age travel for a full month in Thailand with that money and we decided to expend it on that hotel and had a really sad experience.
( p.s last day before checking out staff woke us up at 6 am for a coffe who wasn t for us)
To be honest we felt like it was a big chain So/ Bangkok and we just where a number.

Fantastic hotel in a really smooth location. Lumpini park is a breath of fresh air and metro is nxt to hotel.

Awesome breakfast, awesome shower (Looking over at builders on roofttops).

Its a little expensive, and it is a small five Star review because of that and the room had a few faults on elektricity that did not work properly (only the lights though).

All in all, a great stay, and dont forget to visit The amazing roof top bar

A modern hotel that pays attention to the details and all the nuances of taking care of their guest. You will not be disappointed. The complimentary breakfast buffet alone is worth a stay.

One of my favourite hotels. Buffet /banquet is the best.

Contemporary and beautiful. Loved our room and the ambiance and the signature lounge the most.
It makes you feel special. Would highly recommend the signature club lounge access if you are booking the hotel. The quality and service is totally worth it.

Couple things the hotel can improve on:
1. Knowledgeable staff especially concierge. We asked them what to do here and they didnot know much. Which is a bummer because we would like to come here again but want things to be close by or around here.
2. Food was a bit cold both during dinner and during morning buffet. Selection was good for dinner though.
Halal chicken & beef availability was a problem though.
3. Wifi was not strong and not available everywhere in the building.

I would live to come here again though.

Modern hotel, stylishly decorated in a great location next to train stops and a park. Friendly staff is accommodating and will help arrange travel plans while you're in Bangkok. Be sure to use the hotel staff for your tour and transport bookings to save money (get the local rate).

The hotel is modern and locates at the heart of Bangkok. I do enjoy SoFit, the fitness centre of Sofitel So on 10th floor. Although there are no so many fitness equipments, it is enough to workout for your cardio days. I also enjoy WISDOM Lounge locating on 12th floor, which is exclusive for KBANK WISDOM holders. Parking lots are always avaiable.

This hotel has interesting architecture and wood-paneled rooms

Overall it was a satisfactory hotel, but the reason I removed one was because the location was not so good. I stayed in a small Sofitel metal room, but I liked the white and marble interior in the corner room. It was high and the city was good, too .... It looked like New York. Bathroom is large, looking at the city and half satisfied with bathing. There is also a speaker on the ceiling of the bathroom, so I connected to the iPad TV and played hip-hop, so it was just a club. I was really happy as a music lover.

Luxury location, excellent service But the North Sathorn Road exit has a lot of traffic problems

Excellent service and choice of an6thing to eat. Need to book in adance to get a table with a view. Roof top bar was good too.

This is a great hotel to stay and enjoy the facilities, food and the Lumphini Park.
Great breakfast, lots of variety, freshest food and cook to order eggs.
Fine dining at hotel restaurant #ParkSociety was excellent.
Great pool and gym.
Excellent staff / services from front desk to restaurant.
Highly recommended.

This is not a cheap hotel,I can t image why the service is such bad..

1. we arrived the hotel and check in at noon, the luggage not send to our room until we call the service center.
And the room is very small, hardly walk in the room....
2.We booking the room including breakfast but when we walk into the restaurant and sit down,the waitress said our room didn t including breakfast@@,need us check our booking record.....until another waitress help to check our record

With individualised theme rooms: wood, metal, and air, this trendy hotel is only a short distance away from all the attractions. Really enjoyed the breakfast at their red oven restaurant during our stay. Beautiful view from the pool and gym!

Pure luxury! I have never seen such a nice hotel. The rooms are just amazing! Great staff, great breakfast.

Amazing place to go and just chill out and amazing Chocolate shop inside. Where they make there own exiting flavoured chocolates. Well worth the stay and visit

Late last year There is a chance to arrange a wedding at the hotel. The sales wedding of the hotel is Khun Tak. Very cute. Help and work exactly as the briefs. Anything you ask can be provided. Pay attention to all small and large details. The guests at the event saw that the food was very delicious. And organized the event very well In addition, the suite provided by the hotel for accommodation is very good, beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, if there is another opportunity, will definitely use the service and recommend.

32nd floor roof top Rappart. Night view is good. The view is better than Seolrom station and the Sofitel roof top. The disadvantage is that the space is narrow. Cocktails range from 300 to 500 "baht

I usually visit Bangkok couple times a year since I love the country! I would try different hotels every time I visit and I'm so glad that I have found the one I would stay at regularly!

this hotel is avery good one. it has good ammenities and for sure one of the best views of Lumpini park.
the bed is so comfy and the TV has many options.
but two things I have to admit were not as expected from this hotel-
1. the water pressure in the shower is so low. instead of rainfall shower I had a light rain
2. the Breakfast is not as diverse like most 5 stars delux hotels in Bangkok
