Superb hotel..decoration unique by floor using different elements..a very nice restaurant on the last floor and a pool where you dominate the whole bangkok ...

I wanted to comment on the event, So Amazing Chefs I went. The food wasn't worth the money at all but the experience was. I went with the high expectation because I heard that many good chefs coming to the showdown. The food I ate, was just alright, but the food from the competition was so bad. Luckily, we only got one dish on the table for each menu. Hardly giving them a vote. But anyway, the staff was good, also the wine and the hotel.

I have been visiting the infinity pool at Sofitel as a dayguest with my 5 year old daughter. I sent them an E-Mail before asking for the conditions as we weren't staying in the hotel (1000 Baht/adult, 300/child per day, including fresh towels and a bottle of water). They replied within a few minutes. The view over Lumpini Park is breathtaking and the athmosphere very relaxed. The staff was friendly and charming. We also had some delicious food at the restaurant - not cheap but afortable. A great way to escape Bangkoks noise and heat!

Such a lovely hotel. The service was impeccable, the rooms were very cute with the underwater theme and just overall good value for the money.

The SO Sofitel hotel is a 5-star luxury hotel located at the south-east corner of Lumphini Park. The hotel looks simply amazing, it was designed by Christian LaCroix and combines the intricacies of Thai culture with French passion and luxury. Certainly, when you arrive, you will be taken aback by this hotel.
The rooms feel more cosy than luxury, however, and each room is themed on either metal, wood, earth or water. The rooms are comfortable but definitely not spacious, but free Wi-Fi and a complimentary mini bar are provided. I would have to say that the themes for the rooms are a little bit tacky, but you may feel otherwise. Remember, this is still a 5-star luxury hotel.
The hotel has three restaurants on-site, and a beautiful rooftop bar where you can enjoy the fantastic views over the park and the city beyond whilst you sip your favourite drink. The breakfast buffet here is renowned as one of the best, with a huge range of fruits, continental and Asian cuisines to choose from, or a breakfast cooked to order from the menu, if you prefer.

I went there for buffet on business sorry i didn't really know how much is cost but i can review on the food and option. there are difference zone for food from difference country style like Chinese, Western, Japanese, Thai i was very enjoy quality of food. I would find sometime to get there again really !

Superb infrastructure, good location but disappointing service for a 5 star. Special mention for the bedding that is most comfortable.

Hi-So rooftop bar was a great place to be at last eve. Though I miss the sunset, I am pretty sure it will be good place to enjoy the sunset. The view is great and having Lumphini Park at your sight makes it more amazing. The atmosphere is cozy, didn t order any food but appetizers were great and fall in a good rooftop price range.

Delicious lunch buffet There are many options, such as Thai, Japanese, Western and Thai.

The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly, the swimming pool night view is good but the water is not clean. Breakfast is okay too.

The hotel is satisfactory, but it's a lot harder as a smoker.
And I can not see the massage shop around.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel in a Club room and I can honestly say that it has the WOW factor! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here and we asked for the Earth room. What can I say - if you like querky things, book this room. We absolutely loved it - The round edges, the paintings on the wall and the beautiful bathroom. Breakfast has a massive selection of anything you can think of. We also had a spa treatment each. We had a wonderful time and if we were in Bangkok again, we would not hesitate to book our stay here.

Amazing lounge! The rooms are great. I come here a lot for work but this place outshines other luxury hotels in the following areas.
1. English language - their English is excellent. Most of the local staff have experience abroad and speak English at near-native levels.
2. Breakfast buffet - 7th floor breakfast is wonderful. Smoothie and ice cream bars and everything you could ever want.
3. Lounge - cocktails and amazing food and a very talented staff.

I would give this hotel six stars if I could!

The price gets more expensive,

As the number of Koreans increased, they began to think of Koreans as hogu,

There is no need to come here at this price.

For the view, you can just come to High Society for a day, and for service and room conditions, we recommend Sukhothai or other hotels.

Breakfast is also lower compared to other similarly priced hotels.

Everything about SO Sofitel Bangkok is classy without being pretentious. All the staff were so friendly, with great advice & good humor. The pool is a calming getaway in the midst of downtown busy-ness & the location near the park is great. The rooftop bar has a tasty selection of nibbles & drinks. The wood element room felt like a spa. I d stay again in a heartbeat!

The staff was kind and the facilities were clean. The food was delicious, and it was a nice place because it was on the side of Lumpini Park. The location was perfect and it was very convenient to go anywhere.

This is one of my favourite hotels worldwide! Everytime I come to Bangkok, I'm staying at the S/O Sofitel. The breakfast (OMG, what a breakfast!) and adjacent view is amazing and there are four different types of room themes. I already tried all of the rooms during my last stays and really fell in love with the white room, but can recommend all of them. The pool area is always clean and you can get some nice drinks there. The well dressed staff was always very friendly and helpful! Only thing I'd recommend to rethink is the late-checkout policy. I am a frequent guest at this hotel and always have the problem, that my Lufthansa flight is departing in the evening, so it would be nice if late-checkout wasn't priced as half a night although you only get to stay around 6 hours longer and that you could stay a bit longer at your room, if you are already paying for late-checkout. :) Nevermind, am still recommending. Dinner is good at the S/O Sofitel, but if you like Thai street kitchen, there's a nice restaurant (Northeast) just down the road.

Don't really like his place. Design is nice but I didn't feel relaxed in that hotel.

Good advice service Taken to the elevator to go up to deliver the goods as requested for help as it is the first time to go up to deliver the cake to the customer at the balloon room, 2 floors, 8, this black echo decorated with colorful lights. Suitable for parties The parking lot for delivery is a bit narrow. Must land B1 Peeping on the way down Overall, this place has good charm.

I did not sleep there but had a drink there one night, very affordable bar on the 29th floor with amazing views of the skyline of Bk.

It's good to take a taxi, and if you're thinking about taking the subway, you don't have to worry about getting stuck. Not to mention the room condition and the sensuous design, there are Korean staff, so it's good to speak English or ask trivial questions^^ But it's a pity that there aren't many stalls around. This can be an advantage, so it will be different for each style you pursue..
Lastly, if you want to buy alcohol nearby, go to 7-Eleven behind the lh Bank building~~ It's not sold at the nearby convenience store.

booked ourselves a room on a day's notice.. but service was excellent! despite the busy season during songkran festival.. Hotel staff n mgmt never failed to say hi with a cute smile.. the room is not bad.. and the view from the top was great! SO good to be back ! Thanks Sofitel ;)

Quality, impeccable service, a superb view of Bangkok from the Roof Top and a Brunch that will satisfy the most demanding.

Hotel staff Is very kind and attentive, the infinity pool on the 10th floor overlooking the city is also worth visiting, it's open until 22. Rooms are spacious and the fridge offers complimentary snacks and drinks that are refilled on a daily basis.

Cool hotel in the middle of Bangkok. The fitness has a great view, small but equipped with everything you need. The service is excellent.

Passage for a Saturday buffet at 900bath from 21:30. Buffet very well with lots of choice and very attentive service. The setting above Lumphini Park is very good.

Unique place in Bangkok. Very good service. Though breakfast should be improve in term of organisation at peak hours.

Currently in a soft opening. Nice facilities yet the rooms are a bit lacking if you expect to use a room for work.

Just one (1!?) power outlet at the desk... and even that is taken by the desk lamp ; )

There is transmission period.
Park society no longer offer free bubbles on Wed- ladies got buffer offer instead.
Pasta is also now available only at red oven- and there are only 3 basic types to choose from. .. Taste original though.

Staffs should be more trained. They do things as they please. As a Thai guest, I don't feel much welcome at red oven. They didn't bother to try to pair wine with my food or suggest anything. They also cleaned up while I was dining.. Nonetheless, Tharn, manager on duty on that day was witty.

Hospitality at the roof top bar is still nice.

Tonone Dam Hotel, good service staff Opposite Lumpini Park

My friend and I had a magnificent stay here, so good that we barely the room except for our customary visit to 7-11 for the unmissable frozen food. The amazing customer experience started even before we checked into the hotel. We received welcome email from Just Say So team with brochures on service offered. Any inquiries were attended within a day. As our booking does not include breakfast, we decided to indulge and upgrade to Club Signature Access which entitle us to free breakfast at the club or red oven or both , access to the Club lounge with unlimited tea and coffee, complimentary evening cocktails (4-6). The service was top notch with throughout our stay. Staff were friendly, warm, courteous and always smiling. And their uniform.. So stylish with a little influence of Thai culture yet modern. Excellent choice of pillows that you could request by calling So Solution. Certain room type also comes with complimentary bubble bath. One thing that we didn't really like are the dark corridors, especially for the Metal floor. Getting the lighting right in the room required lots of trial and error. There are free classes offered at the gym. The yoga mat is in dire need to be changed. We were booked in Metal and Water room. Metal room is bright and minimalist, and we absolutely love the couch by the window overlooking the Lumphini Park. Awesome looking bathroom with glass wall, therefore it maybe awkward if you are staying with friend. There are curtains for the bathroom but it is still visible through the gap between the wall and door. Water room are rather dark due to the wall colour, has no lazy couch by the window, but the fridge is more accessible than the one in Metal Room. Bathroom has more space to put your toiletries and more practical. Splendid spread of breakfast with beautiful presentation at Red oven but palate wise, it is satisfying but not mind blowing. If you have club access you should definitely try the breakfast experience at Club Signature Lounge.

Lumpini Park Parkview is a fairly beautiful hotel.
Design is very good as a boutique hotel. The hotel's red oven was also very impressive.

The night view is beautiful! The room is very special!

Must have stayed here 10 times, love the service, the pool, the bar and especially the interiors.
However the croissants and bread has seriously slipped; please correct it ;)

Best Hotel I've ever stayed at. Hands down. The Red iven has amazing food and all employees are extremely kind.

Arriving at the hotel around 3am, exhausted. When checking in, ask the hotel front desk staff how far it is to back road and INPACT EXBITHION, answering that it will take more than an hour, it is very shocking at the moment because we have to go to INPACT every day for the next 6 days. It takes more than an hour and we have to get up at least 7 o'clock, that's very hard. Very frustrated now. On the afternoon of the 2nd day, we went to the backing road, and it only took half an hour. At noon on the 12th, I went to the INPACT CENTER, and it took less than 40 minutes. From this point of view, the staff at the front desk of this hotel are not particularly aware of some places in Bangkok. The answer cannot satisfy the customer.
