Nice hotel with great breakfast..friendly team members

Went there many times for restaurants and entertaining clients. Spotless clean once you step into the hotel. I think I stayed there a night but I can't remember since it's been many years I travel to Cambodia for work. The Italian restaurant there is not cheap for local standard but definitely a safe choice and quality food. One of the best hotels in the city for sure.

Had our wedding here. Awesome staff. Grand hotel. Would definitely stay again.

I stop by for conference and have a chance to enjoy Le Bar with the live band at 6:00PM until 10:00PM.
Chaktomuk Khmer pop bar is very talented and professional.

Great rooms and fantastic service. Expect to tip generously while you are here. Very attentive staff but nothing is included, expect to pay a premium for breakfast, drinks and anything else you need or want.

Gigantic conference hall with good food. Been there once so this is all i could say.

Best hotel in town. Huge room with large bathroom and bathtub. Nice decor. Up to standard. Sunday brunch was good.

Period French charm with lovely gardens around and a huge outdoor pool. Several specialty restaurants augment it's worth and my own favourite was the FuLuZu just opposite the main porch with super dimsums. their business lunch is recommended. Nice conference facilities and very helpful staff, including offer of umbrellas as you get out in the unpredictable weather. Aeon mall is close-by for fast-er food! Tuktuks are allowed in the porch if they can make the climb!

It's great for holding an evening wedding ceremony however while I was finding someone i can't say clearly what did one of the staff trying to give a compliment or just cat called me I didn't say anything because I was trying to find a person for the ceremony , i don't want anything happened to any of the guest but please at least just next time don't be like this. I'm not an adult but I'm turning 18 hearing this didn't hurt me but it hurt my pride that we are all human we have our own right and our own security so please I don't want anything like this happen to any teens girls nor women. But everything else are great the view the hotel the atmosphere and food are great we did enjoy our evening there. Trust me it's worth to check out. I didn't get to take pictures much but everything are beautiful and sparkling.^^

Spent 3 days in Sofitel Phnom Pehn and found that the service was excellent. The food and drinks are amazing and great value. The staff are accommodating and helpful. We would like to mention the following people in particular who gave us exemplary service, Sem Pheep, Piseth, Phang, Samol & Savthan (concierge). Thank you guys for making our stay memorable.

I seldom change my reviews, however I feel I need to do this here. In a world where even 5 star hotels are starting to put cost above quality I see the need to point the fact that quality is priceless and if it's not first class institutions that care about quality, who else is left do to so? Well, for sure not Sofitel. Sadly not anymore. Adieu Sofitel.

Not exactly a 5 star property. But excellent service!

The only hotel built and maintained over so much land, will soon become a rare priviledge. It's Sofitel chain and expect nothing less. We've had a few events here too. Great lobby, excellent ballroom, restaurant, food. And that cozy little bar tucked in the vast lobby. There was a time when Cambodia was known as the pearl of asia. The pace at which Cambodia landacape is rapidly modernising. Sofitel will be always be the place to feel the old pearl of asia feeling. A french accent to thier building with some excellent photo essays of the yonder years across the hotel, gives you the time travel feel.

Amazing prices but superb quality. The breakfast area has a lovely view.

Of course it's 5 stars quality. But seafood buffet is not good as I expected, stuff's not very fresh. But I enjoy many type of cheese they offered.

Nice hotel but sound system in ballroom not very good

The experience gets a 10 star rating if that s available, amazing room, attentive staff, great food and just a 5 star vibe all in all. However, it all comes at BIG COST. The cost is really a big difference from other decent local hotels.

I haven't stayed in such a beautiful hotel in a long time. It must be the best for miles around. The architecture is stunning, and the staff are warm and courteous.

Perhaps the most expensive hotel in Phnom Penh. Large convention room with stage and fairly upto date audio visual facilities. Could do a larger parking lot. Good customer service and tastefully decorated throughout

Excellent service, great room size and very nice layout in the room.
Great buffet breakfast with a very good variety of selection, and all very delicious.
Great pool, great restaurants in the hotel, and many more great facilities. To be honest, I don't think there's anything I can complain. Truly like this hotel.
Truly recommend for both locals and travelers.

A very luxury hotel in Phnom Penh. I like the bath tub, good atmosphere. Almost every night there was live music at the ground bar and restaurant. Nice swimming pool, gym. Next to Aeon Mall.

Ok. Services very good and luxury. I supported mobile signal for big party of Metfone with 1000 people.
