The hotel described itself as a luxury 5-star... and yes it is with a very nice room, nice restaurant with best foods ever in Phnom Penh as we have great experiences every time we comes. Services were good with friendly staff and best of all Mr. Broembrey Ny, Assistant Restaurant Manager. We will definitely comeback again and again :-).
