Truly a magnifique experience! This is my first time to visit Sofitel Dubai Downtown and thank you for this opportunity having a complimentary night stay with breakfast. Thank you Reservation Officer Abdul FAZAL for attending my booking with them. During our check-in, ANILA was very accomodating and upgraded our booking from Classic to Premium room with Burj Khalifa View on the 24th floor. The rooms were clean, spacious and has the best view with complimentary wifi! Enjoyed the infinity pool and had a sumptuous breakfast at Les Cuisines.

The hotel is very luxurious with a five star category and by all accounts all Sofitel brands around the world have visited
Some notes The room was not upgraded, knowing that I have a golden membership, so it was unfortunate, and also the employee who at the reception to mention her name was somewhat rude and the last note is the lack of items in the lounge as the food options are limited
The hotel is luxurious, beautiful, and a bit quiet, far from the Dubai Mall, as you will have to walk from the hotel to the metro station for about 5 minutes, and then take the metro station, where at the end you will reach the mall.
I would like to thank the staff present in the lounge. Sufyan and Shorouk, I think, were the height of literature, taste and respect
The rooms are spacious and the location is beautiful and this is usually Sofitel around the world.

I have only visited the pool area and I was completely overwhelmed by the beauty and serenity of the place. Words cannot even explain how amazing this place is. The view is absolutely breathtaking! Especially at sunset Burj Khalifa and the surrounding buildings become goldish and it is just magical. The amenities are 5-star. The people who work there are amazing - kind, always ready to help.

Business & Leisure - the best hotel vibe when you are looking for both. Super convenient along the Metro and Dubai Mall, yet very relaxed and peaceful. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The Staff is very friendly and willing to help! Their food and offerings are just great! Thank you.

Beautiful Hotel, Concierge staffing are excellent, very helpful. the only reason I won't give a 5 stars is because of the bathroom, strange smell and the sink was working well at one point.

Fantastic hotel with very nice and spacious rooms and a staff that goes the extra mile. Various bar and restaurant choices and every single one of them is great. Make sure to visit the Inca bar with view on the Burj khalifa and the sports bar with free pool tables, both on the top floor!

New Sofitel in the downtown with high quality standards compared to other Sofitel hotels

Great service as soon as we entered the lobby! We were offered drinks right away while checking in and it was nice having a person take us to our room and show us around. The room had a great view, was large and very clean.

Great location and helpful staff. Breakfast was great and some many varieties

Overall a great hotel, great staff, just lacks some service , bearly any vegetarian options in the breakfast in the morning one or two dishes that s it, even in the in room dining no options at all, if your vegetarian don t stay here way to much god damn meat! I can get better stuff at a 2 star restaurant... or better yet call Uber eats , but with the money that you are spending staying here they should at least have something ... they need to improve on this. Number 2 the spa honestly sucks 900aed for two just for manicure and pedicure which is done in a room with a chair and sliding door , while they soak your feet in baby bath tub not your professional setup where you have the chair and proper service this was just pathetic even for a 5 Star hotel . Not worth it!

Not so recommended. Receptionist at ground floor don t even welcome me or say hi when i arrived or left. I didn t know how to reach the pool and i managed by myself to arrive..

Very nice city hotel. Very good location right on the metro. The staff is very friendly and courteous. We booked Club Millesiemme, which is not worth it. The breakfast has no big choice. The breakfast we always took on the second floor. The buffet is there is wonderful and leaves nothing to be desired. We had a room on the 25th floor which was very nice and spacious. The view was very nice. It was always kept clean. The only drawback: No German TV program. (Which could be done for a week) The pool is not exhilarating, there are nicer in city hotels. I am already 18 years to Dubai, have already booked several hotels. The Sofitel Downtown I can only recommend as a city hotel. Very good price-performance ratio.

We booked for three days, however we ended up in Dubai a day early. Because we arrived at 0230 hrs, the manager found us a room at almost the same as the Internet rate that we booked for the original three days and we did not have to change rooms.

This hotel is in such a great location. Close to Dubai Mall and close to the airport. A short trip by cab or train gets you to The Mall of the Emirates.

The extra night on the first night included breakfast, which helped wash off our Jet Lag.

What more can you expect from a home away from home

They have very good ambience, they provide many facilities like swimming pool, spa, etc. They treat customer very good and better service

The Internet Speed is really bad here for the level of what is expected and the buffet is not as full as what you would expect. room are fabulous.

The pool is a great place to hang. The food is very good poolside. There is a constant stream of ambient music that grows on you.

The hotel is beautiful and close to the Dubai Mall, and you can go for a walk. Their prices are competitive compared to the hotels around them. Their furniture needs changing for the better. Thank you.

Lovely place, lovely service, good restaurants, good location..the pools is wonderful, strongly suggested to swim during the sunset! The georgian restaurant at 31st floor are so good, for sure I will come back here again!

Located in very central of town, few minutes walking to any attractive place, restaurant...big hotel with amazing view, friendly staff were dealt with friendly, professional and more than happy to help- and this seemed to be exactly the same with their interactions with all other guests.

We stayed at the Sofitel for 4 nights for our honeymoon and it was very nice. The view was superb and the staff was very friendly and accommodating and willing to go above and beyond. The breakfast was very delicious but I just want to comment about Wilson who we had the pleasure of meeting. Wilson operates the shuttle bus but he is so friendly, so informative so amazing he really is such a fond memory of our trip and I hope management acknowledges how great of an employee they have. Also Hesham was such a pleasure to meet and so kind and helpful with our bags and helping us with activities. I will say the gentleman who operated the tour desk was lazy and it took him 3 days to book our desert safari... other than that our stay was fabulous and I m so glad to have met these gentleman

Sofitel is nice place with nice view if buraj khalifa and very near to dubai mall metro station.

went in for Balinese massage. it was awesome! my therapist was an indian girl who did fantastic job! she knew exactly what and where to apply pressure. can't wait to go back!

Metro station is near so when the metro station is near almost every place is near

My experience in it is very bad. The hotel lobby is tough and its level is below average

Close to the metro and the Dubai Mall is about 10 minutes walk. All the staff are nice and okay.

I was empress by all of the staff within the Hotel, since this is my first time to came and visit i felt so overwhelmed for the assistance and attentions, i appreciate your being hospitable from the reception, bell boy and the Securities. Hotel overall staff are professional and well trained. Location are accessible as well.

Very nice and upscale but the hotel entrance is faulty

Very stylish hotel both by its appearance and also its interior decor. The theme color of the hotel is strictly black and it really gives us impression of sleeknesss. Enjoyed the roof top bar and also WAKAME the Japanese restaurant! Great experience at downtown Dubai.

Nice hotel and rooms is quite big and comfortable
Nice swimming pool but no view to Burj khalifa any more due to new building constructions
Not connected to Dubai mall but You can go to Dubai mall by taxi cost 12Dhs
Or you can use the train bridge which cost 15-20 minutes walking

The hotel is clean and tidy and the lobby is beautiful
But in a problem that I encountered twice that I lived in, which is that the administration does not have the flexibility to deal with the guests, meaning it is impossible for them to let you enter Badri except with claims, and they do not extend for you to leave except with claims, the last of which is an hour alone.

Also, getting to the hotel is not easy, although it is actually on Sheikh Zayed Road, but you need to go from the back and pass more than one sign

Nice modern strategically located hotel. Friendly welcoming staff. A nice place to stay.
